Jerome Ford (shoulder) limited participant at practice

Jerome Ford (shoulder) was a limited participant at Wednesday’s practice.

Fantasy Impact

A new shoulder injury left Ford limited at Wednesday’s practice. There hasn’t been much reporting done on this injury, so it’s likely just a minor issue that the team is being cautious with early in the week. The expectation is that he will play this week in Cleveland’s divisional matchup against the Browns.

Deshaun Watson (shoulder) limited at practice Wednesday

Deshaun Watson (shoulder) was limited at Cleveland’s practice on Thursday.

Fantasy Impact

Watson is a new addition to the injury report, being listed with a shoulder injury of some kind that left him limited. It doesn’t seem to be a serious issue, and the team is likely just trying to be cautious with the bumps and bruises he has. He should play in Week 4 and is a fringe QB1 option in a decent matchup against the Ravens.

Rashod Bateman (hamstring) doesn’t practice Wednesday

Rashod Bateman (hamstring) did not participate at Baltimore’s practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Bateman was reportedly dealing with hamstring tightness following their Week 3 loss to the Colts and is now missing practice because of it. The exact severity of it is unknown, but it seems safe to assume that he’s on a day-to-day timeline for the time being. Baltimore has multiple injuries in the receiving core that could lead to Zay Flowers and Nelson Agholor both getting more work in Week 4.

Gus Edwards out of concussion protocols, will play Sunday

Gus Edwards has cleared the concussion protocols and will be good to go for Sunday’s game against the Browns.

Fantasy Impact

Edwards was briefly on Baltimore’s injury report while going through the NFL’s concussion protocols, but he has already cleared them and will be good to go for Sunday’s game. He should play and will once again be in line for more work if Justice Hill (foot) is out again in Week 4.
