Rashod Bateman dealing with hamstring tightness

Ravens WR Rashod Bateman is dealing with hamstring tightness and was walking with a limp on his way to the locker room.

Fantasy Impact

The Ravens are currently dealing with a lot of injuries and will now add Bateman to the list heading into Week 4. His hamstring injury will definitely be one to monitor before the Ravens play the Browns next Sunday. Bateman registered one reception on three targets for six yards in the loss to the Colts.

Derek Carr (shoulder) taken to local hospital for additional testing

Saints QB Derek Carr is heading to a local hospital to undergo additional testing.

Fantasy Impact

Carr underwent X-rays at the stadium, but will undergo tests for injuries outside of his shoulder injury that caused him to miss the remainder of the game. The Saints play Tampa Bay in Week 4 and fantasy managers could see Jameis Winston get the start if Carr is forced to miss time. Expect the Saints to provide an injury update on Carr soon.

Gus Edwards being evaluated for a concussion

Ravens RB Gus Edwards is being evaluated for a possible concussion.

Fantasy Impact

Edwards went into the locker room to be further evaluated. The Ravens will likely have to rely on Melvin Gordon and Kenyan Drake to close out the remainder of their game against the Colts.

Mike Williams suffers apparent left knee injury

Chargers WR Mike Williams was helped off the field by the team’s training staff with an apparent left knee injury.

Fantasy Impact

Williams appeared to be avoiding putting any weight on his left leg as the training staff helped him off the field. Fantasy managers should expect the team to release more information about the injury soon.
