Saquon Barkley (ankle) considered day-to-day
Saquon Barkley (ankle) is now considered day-to-day, according to HC Brian Daboll.
Fantasy Impact
Barkley is dealing with a high-ankle sprain that sidelined him for New York’s game in Week 3, but now HC Brian Daboll is telling reporters that the team considers the star RB to be day-to-day. This is very positive news considering the injury he had, but there’s still a chance that he could be limited or less than 100% when he returns. He will have an extra day to recover before the Giants’ Week 4 matchup against the Seahawks on Monday night, and fantasy managers can expect veteran Matt Breida to continue to get more work if Barkley misses that game.

Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) practices Monday
Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) was seen practicing on Monday.
Fantasy Impact
The 49ers won’t release their first injury report of the week until Wednesday, so we don’t know whether he practiced in a full or limited capacity. Nevertheless, the fact that he was even able to get on the field is a great sign after he missed Week 3. The 25-year-old totaled 11 catches, 172 yards, and two touchdowns through the first two games, with most of his production coming in the season opener. He’ll be a mid-to-low fantasy WR2 if he suits up versus Arizona on Sunday.

Deebo Samuel (ribs) not at practice Monday
Deebo Samuel (ribs) was not spotted at practice on Monday.
Fantasy Impact
The 49ers don’t have to share their first injury report of the week until Wednesday, but the situation involving Samuel is something to monitor. The 27-year-old impressed last week, catching six of 12 passes for 129 yards and one touchdown, though he did see an uptick in volume with Brandon Aiyuk (shoulder) out. Therefore, fantasy managers should keep an eye on the statuses of both Samuel and Aiyuk as the week progresses.
