Nick Chubb (knee) confirmed to be out for the season
Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters he expects RB Nick Chubb to be out for the season with a significant knee injury.
Fantasy Impact
This has been the expectation, but it is now confirmed by Stefanski. The question now will become how serious of an injury it was that Chubb suffered. We will likely find out more information on Monday.

Jamaal Williams (hamstring) doubtful to return Monday
Jamaal Williams (hamstring) is doubtful to return to Monday night’s game against the Carolina Panthers.
Fantasy Impact
A hamstring injury will likely leave Williams sidelined for the remainder of Monday night’s game. He suffered it in the first half, and it’s unclear if this is going to be a lingering issue for the veteran after this game. Taysom Hill and Tony Jones Jr. will have to fill in for Williams with Alvin Kamara (suspension) and Kendre Miller (hamstring) both inactive this week.

DK Metcalf (ribs) considered day-to-day
DK Metcalf (ribs) is considered day-to-day for the time being.
Fantasy Impact
Metcalf has some injured ribs that he suffered during Sunday’s win over the Lions. It isn’t a serious issue, but he will need ‘a couple days’ to let them heal. He doesn’t seem to be at risk of missing Week 3, but fantasy managers shouldn’t be surprised if he’s absent or limited at practice early in the week.

Austin Ekeler (ankle) without timeline for return
Austin Ekeler (ankle) is without a timeline for his return, according to HC Brandon Staley.
Fantasy Impact
Ekeler missed Los Angeles’ Week 2 loss because of an ankle injury that he suffered in the season opener. The initial diagnosis had the star running back as week-to-week because of the injury, but HC Brandon Staley says that there is ‘no timeline’ for his return. He still should be back sooner rather than later, but until he’s back, Joshua Kelley will be the next man up in his absence.
