Rival Fantasy NFL Season Long

RivalFantasy Season Long is Here

The long-awaited and much-antiipated debut of Rival Fantasy’s season-long leagues is finally here, just in time for the start of fantasy football draft week. Rival Fantasy is so excited about how much users will love their platform that they are offering to sponsor 100 different leagues. Prizes will range from $250 to $1000.

Sound exciting?

Here is how to submit your league

Each league must have unique managers and complete their draft by September 7th.

This means that your league must consist of real and unique managers. Real meaning: no multiple accounts from the same manager. The only other criterion is that you draft by September 7th (12:01 a.m.).

To remain eligible for the prize, leagues must do two things. The most important being maintaining the typical activity of a season long league. This means if half your league goes inactive after your draft, your prize may be rescinded. This also means that the league will be monitored for unusual activity, including trades made with the impetus of having a specific manager win a pot. Losing a trade is fine, but trading Justin Jefferson for Jalen Nailor is not.

Second, the League name should contain an identifier at the end of the league name so Rival Fantasy can track where users originated.

Additional details

100 leagues will be awarded a bankroll for part or all of their league fees

15 leagues will receive $1000
35 leagues will receive $500
50 leagues will receive $250

Winning leagues will have their prizes deposited into their league lockbox by the end of the NFL season. Commissioners will be responsible for disbursement. Prizes will only be able to be disbursed once unlocked. This will happen once the regular season has concluded (including any stat corrections).

Everyone who creates a league by the deadline will be entered into the prize pool drawing. Winning leagues will be notified by the end of Week 1 of the fantasy football season.

Social Challenges

Social challenges are going to become much more entertaining with the NFL season approaching. Users will have the option of creating an MLB or NFL challenge and testing their knowledge against a friend (or rival). Always a useful tool to help settle player debates and to facilitate side action, social challenges can now take on a new twist with managers pitting their rostered players against their season long opponents rostered players.

For those who create or import their league to Rival Fantasy, it will only take a few simple taps to create a challenge that helps settle the debate over who really should be considered the top fantasy wide receiver. Yes, Justin Jefferson is the first off the board in most leagues, but the Ja’Marr Chase, Cooper Kupp, and Tyreek Hill camps remain vociferous and will likely be more than willing to engage in weekly challenges, especially when they hold a perceived matchup edge.

Social Challenges are a ton of fun on their own, but the addition of your season long league to Rival Fantasy’s platform promises to bring the competition and intensity to a whole new level.
