DeAndre Hopkins meeting with Titans on Sunday
DeAndre Hopkins is scheduled to fly out to Nashville to meet with Mike Vrabel and the Titans. After much speculation and rumors, Hopkins visit is the first true show of interest by another team.
Fantasy Impact
If Hopkins were to join the Titans, it completely changes the landscape of the team. While they will still be run heavy and operate through Derrick Henry, the projected breakouts of Treylon Burks and Chig Okonkwo take big hits with Hopkins operating as the clear alpha dog.

Josh Jacobs yet to sign tag, not at mandatory minicamp
According to Paul Gutierrez of ESPN NFL Nation, Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs is still yet to sign his franchise tag tender and is the lone player not present at the Raiders’ Wednesday mandatory minicamp as he is not yet under contract.
Fantasy Impact
Wednesday is Day 2 of the Raiders’ mandatory minicamp, and Jacobs is the only player not there. Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels says he respects the process and is looking forward to seeing Jacobs in July after the tag’s signing period’s deadline. While this is worth monitoring – especially with Jacobs’ current average draft position being a price of RB7 in half-PPR formats – it could just be a matter of time before things are resolved. Cowboys RB Tony Pollard is the only player yet to sign his franchise tender.

Rhamondre Stevenson knows he’s ‘the guy’ in New England
According to Chris Mason of MassLive, RB Rhamondre Stevenson knows he’s “the guy” at running back for the New England Patriots following RB Damien Harris‘ departure, and he’s preparing his body for the workload.
Fantasy Impact
Stevenson was top 10 in the NFL in touches in 2022, picking up 1,461 scrimmage yards in the process. Now, Harris and his 123 touches are in Buffalo, opening up space for Stevenson to have less competition to worry about. The Patriots also have RBs James Robinson, Kevin Harris and Pierre Strong, but the third-year running back out of Oklahoma is expected to get the lion’s share of touches out of the backfield as a runner and receiver. Stevenson currently ranks as the half-PPR RB10, according to FantasyPros’ Expert Consensus Rankings.

Deebo Samuel ready to bounce back from ‘sluggish’ year
According to an article by Michael Baca of nfl.com, San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel said that his contract negotiations distracted him in the 2022 offseason and that he’s ready to bounce back from an “awful” and “sluggish” season.
Fantasy Impact
Samuel said he had a long film session with head coach Kyle Shanahan where the two reviewed his 2022 film. Samuel’s response was that he would “never put nothing on tape like that again.” Samuel’s production was cut in half in 2022, totaling 864 scrimmage yards and five touchdowns. Heading into 2023, Samuel seems to have a new focus and motivation for self-improvement, as he aims to build on a season he called “awful.” He’s currently priced as the half-PPR WR18, according to FantasyPros’ Expert Consensus Rankings.
