Tier 1

• Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Analysis: Jaxon Smith-Njigba is an elite wide receiver who should push for a 20%-plus target share from the jump. Smith-Njigba buried the haters with his combine performance which should lock him into top 15-20 pick status. 

Tier 2

• Zay Flowers
• Jordan Addison
• Quentin Johnston

Analysis: Each of these wide receivers should walk away from the NFL Draft with first-round capital. If everything aligns, these three players could be high-end WR2s in the NFL or low-end WR1s. 

Tier 3

• Josh Downs
• Puka Nacua
• Marvin Mims

Analysis: Each of these wide receivers has flashed high-end talent in college with several analytical boxes checked. All of these players also could hear their names called sometime during Day 2 of the NFL Draft. 

Tier 4

• Xavier Hutchinson
• A.T. Perry
• Rashee Rice
• Cedric Tillman

Analysis: This is your “size” tier. Each of these players can play the boundary with some “X quality” traits. Don’t be surprised if each of these wide receivers is gone by the end of the third round of the NFL Draft.

Analysis: Hot nasty dirty speed is the name of the game with this tier. Each of these players can burn up the turf with starting Z receiver upside.
