The 2023 NFL Draft is less than three days away, and the rumor mill is melting down. These next few days will seem like a lifetime for the prospects and fans. However, there is time for one final mock draft.
This mock draft is my sixth and final one for the year. It will be a three-round mock draft with 14 hypothetical trades and a few surprising picks. Let’s dive into it.
There are only 31 first-round picks in this year’s draft. The Miami Dolphins had to forfeit their first-round pick after an investigation revealed they violated league policies.

Be sure to check out my previous mock draft too.
ROUND 1
1) Carolina Panthers (via Chicago) – Bryce Young (QB – Alabama)
Unless Young decides to quit football and take up hockey, he will be the first overall pick.
2) Houston Texans – Will Levis (QB – Kentucky)
No one knows what the Texans are going to do with this pick. However, Levis is the betting favorite to be the No. 2 overall pick, and Houston has a massive need at quarterback.
3) Arizona Cardinals – Tyree Wilson (EDGE – Texas Tech)
Another surprise pick! However, Wilson has become the betting favorite to be the first defensive player selected on Thursday. Arizona is rebuilding the defense from nearly scratch, so they might as well shoot for the most upside possible. The Cardinals taking him over Will Anderson is Travon Walker and Aidan Hutchinson all over again.
4) Indianapolis Colts – C.J. Stroud (QB – Ohio State)
Indianapolis lands their new franchise quarterback without trading up. Furthermore, Stroud is already the second-best quarterback in the division before even taking a snap.
5) Seattle Seahawks (via Denver) – Will Anderson (EDGE – Alabama)
Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good. Seattle does nothing but wait for their turn on the clock and still land the top prospect in the draft class.
6) Detroit Lions (via Los Angeles) – Jalen Carter (DL – Georgia)
The Lions could consider a quarterback with this pick, but Jared Goff is coming off a productive season. Furthermore, Detroit believes they are ready to compete for the playoffs this year. After spending plenty of money in free agency on defense, Carter is the cherry on top.
7) Las Vegas Raiders – Anthony Richardson (QB – Florida)
Richardson is the ultimate wild card in the first round. He could go as high as third overall or as late as 11th. However, the Raiders are likely his floor. Meanwhile, Jimmy Garoppolo has experience being a mentor to a raw first-round quarterback.
8) Atlanta Falcons – Bijan Robinson (RB – Texas)
Arthur Smith made the Falcons one of the most run-heavy teams in the NFL last year. Cordarrelle Patterson and Tyler Allgeier are solid 1-2 punch, but Robinson is arguably the best running back prospect in 20-plus years.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Pittsburgh Steelers receive pick 9. Chicago Bears receive picks 17, 49, 2024 third-round pick.
9) Pittsburgh Steelers (via Bears, Carolina) – Paris Johnson (OT – Ohio State)
General manager Ryan Poles isn’t afraid to make trades and move around on draft night. After landing a bounty for the No. 1 overall pick, Chicago slides back again for more draft capital. Meanwhile, Pittsburgh rarely trades up, but when they do, it’s for a critical need.
10) Philadelphia Eagles (via New Orleans) – Lukas Van Ness (EDGE – Iowa)
If Bijan Robinson makes it to 10th overall, the Eagles will seriously consider him. However, the team turns to their defensive line with Robinson off the board. Van Ness is one of the more polarizing edge rushers in the draft class. Yet, he has tremendous upside that Philadelphia’s coaching staff can get out of him.
11) Tennessee Titans – Peter Skoronski (OL – Northwestern)
The Titans will be a wild-card team to trade up for a quarterback on draft night. However, expect them to target an offensive lineman if they stay at 11. Skoronski isn’t the flashiest prospect in the draft class, but arguably one of the safest.
12) Houston Texans (via Cleveland) – Devon Witherspoon (CB – Illinois)
Witherspoon could go much higher than this on Thursday. His ceiling is Detroit at sixth overall, while his floor is 12th overall with the Texans. Pairing Witherspoon with Derek Stingley and Jalen Pitre would give Houston the foundation of an exciting young secondary.
13) Green Bay Packers (via New York) – Nolan Smith (EDGE – Georgia)
Green Bay has used 11 of their past two draft picks on defensive players. Rashan Gary is entering the final year of his contract and coming off a torn ACL last year. Plus, the Packers have a history of drafting former Bulldogs in the first round.
14) New England Patriots – Myles Murphy (EDGE – Clemson)
While fans want the Patriots to target a wide receiver with their first-round pick. However, an edge rusher is an under-the-radar need for New England. Josh Uche is entering the final year of his rookie contract, while Matt Judon could be a salary casualty next offseason.
15) New York Jets (via Green Bay) – Broderick Jones (OT – Georgia)
Now that the Jets have officially traded for Aaron Rodgers, they can turn their attention to the offensive line. Mekhi Becton has played one game over the past two years, and the Jets can’t count on him moving forward.
16) Washington Commanders – Christian Gonzalez (CB – Oregon)
Gonzalez could go as high as sixth overall on draft night. However, he could slide depending on how early the run-on offensive linemen starts. Washington needs help in the secondary, especially with Kendall Fuller entering the final year of his contract.
17) Chicago Bears (via Steelers) – Darnell Wright (OT – Tennessee)
The Bears filled their top need on offense when they traded for DJ Moore. Meanwhile, they’ve spent plenty of money in free agency on defense. If the team moved back on draft night, expect them to target an offensive lineman or wide receiver with their first-round pick.
18) Detroit Lions – Joey Porter (CB – Penn State)
Even after all their offseason additions in the secondary, Detroit needs help at cornerback. After taking Jalen Carter at sixth overall, the Lions luck out and see Porter fall into their lap.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Buffalo Bills receive picks 19, 181. Tampa Bay Buccaneers receive picks 27, 59.
19) Buffalo Bills (via Buccaneers) – Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR – Ohio State)
General manager Brandon Beane recently mentioned the lack of first-round graded players on the team’s draft board. He also said how the team could trade up on draft night. Josh Allen was at his best when Cole Beasley was in the slot. Smith-Njigba would give the Bills a legit weapon opposite of Stefon Diggs.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Kansas City Chiefs receive pick 20. Seattle Seahawks receive picks 31, 63, 122, 2024 fourth-round pick.
20) Kansas City Chiefs (via Seahawks) – Calijah Kancey (DL – Pittsburgh)
The Chiefs aren’t afraid to swing for the fence and make big trades. They traded a future first-round pick to move up in 2017 for Patrick Mahomes with Alex Smith on the roster. Meanwhile, Chris Jones is entering the final year of his contract. Kancey either will give defenses nightmares playing next to Jones for the next few years or be a solid replacement for the superstar defensive lineman.
21) Los Angeles Chargers – Jordan Addison (WR – USC)
Los Angeles reportedly is determined to improve the receiving core early in the draft. Meanwhile, Addison is the only projected first-round wide receiver the Chargers brought in for a visit.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
New York Giants receive pick 22. Baltimore Ravens receive picks 25, 89.
22) New York Giants (via Ravens) – Zay Flowers (WR – Boston College)
The Giants traded for Darren Waller this offseason. While he is a solid addition, New York isn’t finished improving Daniel Jones‘ receiving core. New York flips Baltimore a third-round pick so they can jump ahead of the Minnesota Vikings and secure the former Boston College star.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Los Angeles Rams receive pick 23. Minnesota Vikings receive picks 36, 69, 167.
23) Los Angeles Rams (via Vikings) – Deonte Banks (CB – Maryland)
Minnesota has only five picks in the 2023 NFL Draft. Therefore, expect the team to trade back on draft night. General managers Kwesi Adofo-Mensah made several trades during last year’s draft, including two with their division rivals. Meanwhile, the Rams have a massive hole at cornerback after trading Jalen Ramsey to Miami.
24) Jacksonville Jaguars – Adetomiwa Adebawore (EDGE – Northwestern)
Last year Arden Key and Dawuane Smoot combined for 9.5 sacks. However, neither will be back with the team. Meanwhile, the Jaguars love raw tools in edge rusher prospects, which Adebawore has.
25) Baltimore Ravens (via Giants) – Will McDonald (EDGE – Iowa State)
Most mock drafts will have the Ravens drafting a wide receiver in the first round. However, the addition of Odell Beckham Jr. no longer makes wide receiver the team’s top need. Meanwhile, Baltimore loves pass rushers with length.
26) Dallas Cowboys – Michael Mayer (TE – Notre Dame)
Even after trading for Brandin Cooks, the Cowboys will reportedly focus on their offense early in the draft. With Dalton Schultz in Houston, Mayer would be an excellent replacement tight end for Dak Prescott.
27) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (via Bills) – Anton Harrison (OT – Oklahoma)
The Buccaneers are entering a rebuilding window. Therefore, fans should expect them to trade back during the draft to acquire more picks this year and in 2024. However, they luck out and still solve their biggest hole on offense with the former Oklahoma offensive tackle.
28) Cincinnati Bengals – Dalton Kincaid (TE – Utah)
Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins are a nightmare trio for opposing defenses. However, adding Kincaid to this offense will only make the Cincinnati offense more explosive and dangerous.
29) New Orleans Saints (via Denver, Miami, San Francisco) – Keion White (EDGE – Georgia Tech)
New Orleans has never been shy about drafting first-round edge rushers the fans haven’t heard of before. White is a potential late first-round pick and would be an excellent fit with the Saints. Cameron Jordan is entering the final year of his contract. Meanwhile, White can play on the edge or inside.
30) Philadelphia Eagles – Joe Tippmann (OL – Wisconsin)
Welcome to another surprise first-round pick in this mock draft. The Eagles value their depth on the offensive line more than any other team in the NFL. They used a second-round pick on a center in two straight drafts to eventually replace Jason Kelce. However, both are now starting guards. Tippmann will spend his rookie year as the reserve interior offensive lineman before replacing Kelce next year.
31) Seattle Seahawks (via Chiefs) – Hendon Hooker (QB – Tennessee)
If the Seahawks don’t take a quarterback with the fifth overall pick, expect them to target Hooker later in the first round. The former Volunteer is coming off a torn ACL but could be the guy to replace Geno Smith in 2024.
ROUND 2
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Carolina Panthers receive pick 32. Pittsburgh Steelers receive picks 39, 93.
32) Carolina Panthers (via Steelers, Chicago) – Quentin Johnston (WR – TCU)
With teams having nearly 24 hours between the end of the first round and the start of the second, don’t be surprised if this pick gets traded. Carolina has to be aggressive and give Bryce Young a young wide receiver to develop with over the next few years. Johnston could go on opening night. Even if he doesn’t, the former TCU star won’t last long on Friday.
33) Houston Texans – Steve Avila (OG – TCU)
The Texans have invested multiple high-end draft picks on the offensive line over the past few years. However, they still have a hole at center. Avila can start at any of the three interior spots.
34) Arizona Cardinals – DJ Turner (CB – Michigan)
Arizona has several holes on defense. However, their top need is at cornerback after losing Byron Murphy in free agency.
35) Indianapolis Colts – Julius Brents (CB – Kansas State)
When the Colts traded Stephon Gilmore to the Dallas Cowboys, they created a massive hole at cornerback. Furthermore, Isaiah Rodgers is entering the final year of his contract.
36) Minnesota Vikings (via Rams) – Jalin Hyatt (WR – Tennessee)
Even after trading back and acquiring a pair of mid-round draft picks, the Vikings fill their top need on offense. Justin Jefferson is arguably the top wide receiver in the NFL, but K.J. Osborn isn’t a suitable No. 2 guy.
37) Seattle Seahawks (via Denver) – O’Cyrus Torrence (OL – Florida)
Last year Seattle drafted their bookend offensive tackles. Now, they turn their attention to the interior of the offensive line.
38) Las Vegas Raiders – Emmanuel Forbes (CB – Mississippi State)
The Raiders have arguably the worst cornerback unit in the NFL. If Las Vegas doesn’t add one on Thursday night, expect them to invest their second-round pick at the cornerback position.
39) Pittsburgh Steelers (via Panthers) – Bryan Bresee (DL – Clemson)
Cameron Heyward turns 34 in May and is nearing the end of his career. Meanwhile, Bresee was once considered a top-10 pick. However, landing in Pittsburgh might be best for his long-term development.
40) New Orleans Saints – Jonathan Mingo (WR – Ole Miss)
New Orleans hit a home run last year with Chris Olave. However, the team can’t count on Michael Thomas after he’s played only 20% of the games over the past three years. Adding Mingo will give Derek Carr two young talented wide receivers at his disposal.
41) Tennessee Titans – Cam Smith (CB – South Carolina)
While the Titans have invested multiple draft picks at the cornerback position recently, they still have problems in the secondary. Smith is a potential late first-round pick, making him a steal at this point in the draft.
42) Green Bay Packers (via New York, Cleveland) – Cedric Tillman (WR – Tennessee)
Green Bay lost Allen Lazard in free agency. Since the last time they drafted a wide receiver in the first round was in 2002, fans shouldn’t expect that trend to change this year. However, Tillman could be their target in the second round.
43) New York Jets – Felix Anudike-Uzomah (EDGE – Kansas State)
Some will argue that the Jets won’t spend a high draft pick on an edge rusher. However, Carl Lawson and Bryce Huff are free agents after the upcoming season and likely won’t return in 2024.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Washington Commanders receive pick 44. Atlanta Falcons receive picks 47, 118.
44) Washington Commanders (via Falcons) – Darnell Washington (TE – Georgia)
The Commanders flip the Falcons a fourth-round pick to move ahead of the pair of potential tight end-needy teams to secure Washington. The former Bulldog is the top blocking tight end in the draft class and has plenty of upside in the receiving game.
45) Green Bay Packers – Brian Branch (DB – Alabama)
Branch could be a first-round pick but could slide to Day 2. However, Darnell Savage is entering the final year of his contract, and Adrian Amos remains unsigned.
46) New England Patriots – Matthew Bergeron (OL – Syracuse)
Last year the Patriots used their first-round pick on Cole Strange. However, their offensive line still needs help. Trent Brown, Riley Reiff, and Michael Onwenu are free agents after the 2023 season.
47) Atlanta Falcons (via Commanders) – B.J. Ojulari (EDGE – LSU)
Many will argue that the Falcons shouldn’t spend a first-round pick on Bijan Robinson because they need help rushing that passer. However, the draft class is deep, and the team can land a Day 1 starter in the second round.
48) Detroit Lions – Jack Campbell (LB – Iowa)
Detroit re-signed Alex Anzalone this offseason. However, they still need help at linebacker. Campbell is a potential late first-round pick and should be the first linebacker drafted.
49) Chicago Bears (via Steelers) – Kelee Ringo (CB – Georgia)
The Bears have invested multiple draft picks in the secondary over the past few years. However, Jaylon Johnson is entering the final year of his contract and might not be around long-term.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Dallas Cowboys receive pick 50. Tampa Bay Buccaneers receive picks 58, 129, 2024 third-round pick.
50) Dallas Cowboys (via Buccaneers) – Jahmyr Gibbs (RB – Alabama)
If Gibbs slides this far into the second round, expect teams to jump ahead of the Miami Dolphins to land him. With Ezekiel Elliott no longer around and Tony Pollard on a one-year deal, Gibbs could become the featured back for Dallas in 2024.
51) Miami Dolphins – Cody Mauch (OL – North Dakota State)
With Gibbs off the board, the Dolphins turn to their top need on offense. Even after signing several veterans last year, Miami needs more help. Mauch can play multiple spots, giving the team options when setting their starting five.
52) Seattle Seahawks – Drew Sample (LB – Arkansas)
After a year away from the team, Seattle re-signed Bobby Wagner this offseason. However, it’s only a one-year deal. Sample can play off the ball and is the top blitzing linebacker in the draft class. Pairing him long-term with Jordyn Brooks would give the Seahawks an outstanding 1-2 punch at linebacker.
53) Chicago Bears (via Baltimore) – Josh Downs (WR – UNC)
While the Bears added DJ Moore this offseason, they still need help at wide receiver, especially in the slot. Furthermore, Darnell Mooney and Chase Claypool are free agents after the 2023 season. Adding Downs would give Chicago options next year.
54) Los Angeles Chargers – Mazi Smith (DL – Michigan)
Last year the Chargers added multiple defensive tackles in free agency. However, they still gave up over 127 rushing yards per game to running backs in 2023. The team needs Smith like a fish needs water.
55) Detroit Lions (via Minnesota) – Luke Musgrave (TE – Oregon State)
Yes, the Lions got nine touchdowns last year by tight ends not named T.J. Hockenson. However, that shouldn’t stop them from giving Jared Goff a difference-maker at the position.
56) Jacksonville Jaguars – Sam Laporta (TE – Iowa)
The Jaguars placed the franchise tag on Evan Engram after his productive 2022 season. However, they haven’t worked out a long-term contract, so don’t be surprised if the team adds a tight end early in the draft. LaPorta has a similar game to Engram, meaning the Jaguars could let the veteran walk in the year for the cheaper version.
57) New York Giants – John Michael Schmitz (OL – Minnesota)
After spending a pair of first-round picks on offensive tackles over the past three years, the Giants address the interior of the offensive line. Furthermore, Nick Gates signed with the Commanders this offseason, opening a hole at the starting center spot.
58) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (via Cowboys) – Keeanu Benton (DL – Wisconsin)
Part of Tampa Bay’s rebuilding project is beefing up its defensive line. They started last year with Logan Hall. Now the Buccaneers need to add someone on the other side of Vita Vea.
59) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (via Bills) – Antonio Johnson (S – Texas A&M)
The team now has back-to-back picks and uses both on defense. The Buccaneers lost multiple safeties in free agency. Furthermore, Antoine Winfield is entering the final year of his contract.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Denver Broncos receive pick 60. Cincinnati Bengals receive picks 68, 108.
60) Denver Broncos (via Bengals) – Trenton Simpson (LB – Clemson)
Welcome to the 2023 NFL Draft, Denver. The team has a solid pair of starting linebackers but lacks a difference-maker. Simpson was once considered a first-round pick and is a steal at this point in the draft.
61) Chicago Bears (via Carolina, San Francisco) – Derick Hall (EDGE – Auburn)
Chicago had only 20 sacks last year, one of the lowest totals in the NFL. Furthermore, safety Jaquan Brisker led the team with four sacks. Hall is one of the several Day 2 edge rushers that can make an impact as a rookie.
62) Philadelphia Eagles – Zach Charbonnet (RB – UCLA)
While everyone in the fantasy football world wants the Eagles to draft Bijan Robinson, Charbonnet isn’t a bad consolation prize at the end of the second round. The former UCLA star would be a solid replacement for Miles Sanders.
63) Seattle Seahawks (via Chiefs) – Rashee Rice (WR – SMU)
The last time Seattle took a wide receiver with the final pick of the second round, they got a star in DK Metcalf. While Rice isn’t as good of a prospect, the former SMU star is excellent at finding the end zone.
ROUND 3
64) Chicago Bears – Siaki Ika (DL – Baylor)
Chicago has improved the interior of their defensive line this offseason but still could use some more help.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
San Francisco 49ers receive pick 65, 2024 fourth-round pick. Houston Texans receive picks 99, 155, 2024 second-round pick.
65) San Francisco 49ers (via Texans) – Dawand Jones (OT – Ohio State)
The 49ers won’t pick until the end of the third round, where they have three selections in a four-pick window to end the night. However, San Francisco has a massive hole at right tackle after Mike McGlinchey left in free agency. Don’t be surprised if they take advantage of their history with DeMeco Ryans and trade up with the Texans at least once during the draft.
66) Arizona Cardinals – Jordan Battle (S – Alabama)
With Budda Baker wanting out of the town, the Cardinals add to their safety unit.
67) Denver Broncos (via Indianapolis) – Byron Young (EDGE – Tennessee)
While Baron Browning had five sacks last year and showed potential, the Broncos could use more help rushing the passer.
68) Cincinnati Bengals (via Broncos) – Roschon Johnson (RB – Texas)
Joe Mixon‘s days in Cincinnati are numbered. Furthermore, Samaje Perine left in free agency.
69) Minnesota Vikings (via Rams) – Isaiah Foskey (EDGE – Notre Dame)
Yes, the Vikings signed Marcus Davenport this offseason, but only to a one-year deal. Furthermore, Za’Darius Smith reportedly wants out of town.
70) Las Vegas Raiders – Jaelyn Duncan (OL – Maryland)
Las Vegas has the left tackle spot locked down with Kolton Miller. However, the other four starting jobs are up for grabs.
71) New Orleans Saints – DeMarvion Overshown (LB – Texas)
Demario Davis could be a cap casualty next year. Furthermore, Zack Baun is heading into the final year of his contract. Overshown is one the most athletic linebackers in the draft class and would be a great fit in New Orleans.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Atlanta Falcons receive picks 72, 186. Tennessee Titans receive picks 75, 118.
72) Atlanta Falcons (via Titans) – Marvin Mims (WR – Oklahoma)
Atlanta has two receivers that Desmond Ridder can rely on: Kyle Pitts and Drake London. However, neither has the over-the-top speed that Mims brings to the table.
73) Houston Texans (via Cleveland) – Tuli Tuipulotu (DL – USC)
While the Texans added Sheldon Rankins this offseason, they could use more long-term help on the defensive line.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Los Angeles Rams receive pick 74. Cleveland Browns receive picks 77, 171.
74) Los Angeles Rams (via Browns, New York) – Kayshon Boutte (WR – LSU)
The Rams have a superstar in Cooper Kupp. However, Van Jefferson is entering the final year of his contract, and Tutu Atwell hasn’t done much in his career. Los Angeles sends Cleveland a fifth-round selection to jump the Titans and Patriots for the former LSU wide receiver.
75) Tennessee Titans (via Falcons) – Tyler Scott (WR – Cincinnati)
Last year the Titans traded away A.J. Brown and drafted Treylon Burks. However, the rest of their wide receiver core is extremely thin.
76) New England Patriots (via Carolina) – Sydney Brown (S – Illinois)
Despite re-signing Jabrill Peppers and Jalen Mills this offseason, the Patriots could use some help at safety.
77) Cleveland Browns (via Rams, Miami, New England) – Zach Harrison (EDGE – Ohio State)
Cleveland didn’t re-sign Jadeveon Clowney this offseason. While they did add Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, that won’t stop the Browns from using one of the top picks on an edge rusher.
78) Green Bay Packers – Tucker Kraft (TE – South Dakota State)
Robert Tonyan signed with the Bears in free agency. Meanwhile, the Packers can’t expect Jordan Love to succeed with Josiah Deguara as the starting tight end.
79) Indianapolis Colts (via Washington) – Clark Philips III (CB – Utah)
The Colts could have a drastically different-looking secondary next year. Stephon Gilmore is gone while Kenny Moore is entering the final year of his contract.
80) Pittsburgh Steelers – Tyrique Stevenson (CB – Miami)
Cameron Sutton signed with the Lions this offseason. While the Steelers added Patrick Peterson, the veteran cornerback isn’t a long-term replacement.
81) Detroit Lions – Andrew Vorhees (OG – USC)
Unfortunately, Vorhees tore his ACL at the NFL Combine. However, he is an excellent target for Detroit as the team is no stranger to taking players coming off an injury.
82) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Zach Evans (RB – Ole Miss)
After releasing Leonard Fournette this offseason, the Buccaneers need to add a running back to pair with Rachaad White.
83) Seattle Seahawks – Ji’Ayir Brown (S – Penn State)
While safety isn’t a pressing need for the Seahawks, Quandre Diggs and Jamal Adams are getting up there in age and could be salary cap casualties next year.
84) Miami Dolphins – Tyjae Spears (RB – Tulane)
Miami re-signed Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson this offseason. However, both running backs have injury history. More importantly, the backfield needs some youth.
85) Los Angeles Chargers – Tre’Vius Hodges-Tomlinson (CB – TCU)
Unfortunately, J.C. Jackson suffered a ruptured patellar tendon last year. Furthermore, the team needs help at cornerback, even if Jackson was 100% healthy. Meanwhile, it doesn’t hurt that the TCU cornerback is the nephew of Chargers’ great LaDainian Tomlinson.
86) Baltimore Ravens – Eli Ricks (CB – Alabama)
The Ravens haven’t re-signed Marcus Peters, leaving them with a hole at cornerback. Furthermore, Baltimore loves Alabama prospects.
87) Minnesota Vikings – Daiyan Henley (LB – Houston)
After releasing Eric Kendricks this offseason, the Vikings need some help at the linebacker position.
88) Jacksonville Jaguars – Garrett Williams (CB – Syracuse)
Jacksonville released Shaquill Griffin this offseason and needs some cornerback depth with upside.
89) Baltimore Ravens (via Giants) – Luke Wypler (OG – Ohio State)
Starting guard Kevin Zeitler is entering a contract year. The team also lost Ben Powers in free agency.
90) Dallas Cowboys – Tyler Steen (OL – Alabama)
While the Cowboys managed to have solid offensive line play last year despite several injuries, they need to add depth during the draft. Furthermore, Tyron Smith won’t be around forever.
91) Buffalo Bills – Henry To’oto’o (LB – Alabama)
The Bills lost Tremaine Edmunds in free agency. While Matt Milano is one of the best in the NFL, Buffalo needs to add to their linebacker unit.
92) Cincinnati Bengals – Kyu Blu Kelly (CB – Stanford)
Eli Apple won’t be back next year, which is arguably an addition by subtraction. More importantly, Chidobe Awuzie is entering the final year of his contract.
93) Pittsburgh Steelers (via Panthers, San Francisco) – JL Skinner (S – Boise State)
While Minkah Fitzpatrick has one safety spot taken care of, the Steelers need to give him a running mate in the secondary.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Las Vegas Raiders receive pick 94. Philadelphia Eagles receive picks 109, 141, 144.
94) Las Vegas Raiders (via Eagles) – Zack Kuntz (TE – Old Dominion)
Las Vegas traded Darren Waller this offseason. While the Raiders signed Austin Hooper and O.J. Howard, they need a long-term answer at the tight end position.
*** TRADE ALERT ***
Arizona Cardinals receive pick 95, conditional 2024 pick. Kansas City Chiefs receive DeAndre Hopkins.
95) Arizona Cardinals (via Chiefs) – Gervon Dexter (DL – Florida)
The Cardinals reportedly want a pair of draft picks for Hopkins, including a second-rounder. Arizona gets a late third-round selection and a conditional pick next year in this hypothetical trade. If Hopkins has over 1,000 yards or double-digit receiving touchdowns, the Cardinals get a second-round pick. Otherwise, Kansas City sends them their third-round selection.
Meanwhile, Arizona continues to rebuild its defense with Dexter. The former Gator should earn snaps early in his rookie season.
96) Arizona Cardinals – Xavier Hutchinson (WR – Iowa State)
With Hopkins no longer on the team, the Cardinals should add some size at the wide receiver position.
97) Washington Commanders – Noah Sewell (LB – Oregon)
Washington lost Cole Holcomb in free agency. He was a tackling machine for the Commanders, totaling 388 tackles in 50 career games.
98) Cleveland Browns – Brandon Joseph (S – Notre Dame)
While the Browns signed Juan Thornhill to replace John Johnson this offseason, the team also lost Ronnie Harrison Furthermore, Grant Delpit is entering the final year of his contract.
99) Houston Texans (via 49ers) – Andre Carter (EDGE – Army)
Head coach DeMeco Ryans saw firsthand Nick Bosa‘s impact on the San Francisco defense. While Carter isn’t Bosa, the former Army star has raw tools and upside.
100) Las Vegas Raiders (via New York, Kansas City) – Tank Bigsby (RB – Auburn)
Last year Josh Jacobs led the NFL with 393 touches, including a career-high 340 rushing attempts. However, he won’t make it through the 2023 season, seeing that workload again.
101) San Francisco 49ers – Chris Smith (S – Georgia)
The 49ers lost multiple defensive backs in free agency, including long-term safety Jimmie Ward. Meanwhile, Tashaun Gipson is entering the final year of his contract.
102) San Francisco 49ers – Luke Schoonmaker (TE – Michigan)
George Kittle is one of the best tight ends in the NFL. However, he has struggled to stay healthy in his career. Schoonmaker gives San Francisco some depth with upside for when Kittle misses time in the future.
