We have a really bizarre schedule over the next four days. We only have two games on Thursday and Saturday, while almost every team plays on Friday and Sunday. The NBA obviously did this so they wouldn’t have to compete with NCAABB and MLB, but it’s annoying nonetheless. In any case, we have two great games here, and it’ll be a fun slate to break down. With that in mind, let’s start by looking at the schedule and odds!

Injury Report
Core Plays
Brandon Ingram (SF/PF – NOP): $8,900 DraftKings, $9,200 FanDuel
The Pelicans were in big trouble when Zion Williamson went down, but BI has taken over this team since then. The former All-Star has a 32 percent usage rate with Zion off the floor and comes into this matchup scoring at least 41 DraftKings points in eight straight games. He’s also got a 48-point average in that span, which is fantastic since he dropped 37 DK points in his last matchup with Denver.
Jamal Murray (PG – DEN): $7,800 DraftKings, $7,900 FanDuel
It’s hard to understand why Murray is below $8,000 on both sites. The bubble star has scored at least 34 DraftKings points in 23 of his last 25 games. Murray has also maintained a 42-point average in that span, and Denver clearly wants him to take on more responsibilities headed into the postseason. He’s pummeled the Pelicans all year, averaging 42 fantasy points per game in their three meetings,
Cash Game Considerations
Nikola Jokic (C – DEN): $11,600 DraftKings, $12,200 FanDuel
The Joker is battling Joel Embiid for his third straight MVP, and it’s easy to understand why. The big man is averaging 24.9 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 9.9 assists per game. That’s absurd, and it’s allowed Jokic to establish a 60-point average and 50-point floor. That makes him the best cash game option on any slate but impossible to avoid on a two-game card.
Giannis Antetokounmpo (PF/C – MIL): $11,400 DraftKings, $12,000 FanDuel
It’ll be tough to use Giannis and Jokic, but you can’t fade both of these guys. Antetokounmpo is the only other guy outside of Luka Doncic that can match Joker’s floor, scoring at least 51 DraftKings points in 21 of the last 22 games he’s finished. Giannis is also providing a 60-point average in that span, which is on par with his season average. Boston is a tough matchup, but The Greek Freak had 68 DraftKings points in their most recent matchup.
GPP Targets
Aaron Gordon (SF/PF – DEN): $5,700 DraftKings, $6,300 FanDuel
Gordon has really struggled over the last month, but he’s still an intriguing GPP option. The versatile forward is averaging 32 DK points per game for the year. That alone is plenty from a $6K player, and he was closer to a 35-point average just a month ago. The matchup with New Orleans is an excellent way to get him back on track, with the Pelicans allowing nearly 120 points per game over the last two months.
Al Horford (PF/C – BOS): $5,000 DraftKings, $6,200 FanDuel
It’s hard to believe Big Al is just $5K on DraftKings. The big man has turned his season around over recent weeks, averaging 29 DK points per game across his last 17 outings. That looks even better here because Robert Williams and Grant Williams are both nicked up. That means Horford should be locked into 35 minutes in what will feel like a playoff atmosphere.
Value Plays
Marcus Smart (PG/SG – BOS): $5,300 DraftKings, $6,000 FanDuel
Smart has been in this price range all season, and it doesn’t really make sense. The Defensive Player of the Year is averaging nearly 30 DK points per game and regularly plays 35 minutes a night. He’s also scored at least 26 fantasy points in four of his last five outings and could be in line for 40 minutes in this potential Eastern Conference Finals preview. Smart has been sensational against the Bucks over the last two years, averaging 34 DK points per game in their five matchups.
Grayson Allen (SG/SF – MIL): $4,700 DraftKings, $4,800 FanDuel
Allen isn’t likely to carry you to a GPP bink, but he’s a good bet below $5,000 on both sites. The former Blue Devil is averaging 23 DK points per game across 28 minutes a night over his last 12 outings. That’s all you can ask for from such an affordable player, especially since he’s scored 30 or more fantasy points in a handful of those. If any of the key Milwaukee players sit, Allen’s value rises even more!
Advantageous Pricing
- Al Horford (PF/C – BOS): $5,000 DraftKings, $6,200 FanDuel
- Jrue Holiday (PG/SG – MIL): $8,300 DraftKings, $7,400 FanDuel
- Brook Lopez (C – MIL): $7,000 DraftKings, $8,200 FanDuel
- Derrick White (PG/SG – BOS): $5,800 DraftKings, $7,000 FanDuel
- Bruce Brown (SG/SF – DEN): $4,500 DraftKings, $5,400 FanDuel
- Larry Nance Jr.(PF – NOP): $3,600 DraftKings, $5,100 FanDuel
- Naji Marshall (SF/PF – NOP): $3,500 DraftKings, $4,800 FanDuel
