Nikola Jokic Over 12.5 Rebounds
Jokic has been a vacuum cleaning up the boards in his last 11 games. He has at least 12 rebounds in each of those games, including 13 or more in his three games since the All-Star break. His season average is 11.7, so perhaps he will revert back to his average on Tuesday, but against the Rockets, it is unlikely.
The Rockets are the worst shooting team in the NBA, which means there are going to be plenty of rebounding opportunities. They average the most offensive rebounds per game. However, Jokic is going to have so many chances to pull down boards that even if the Rockets pull down 13 boards, as their average suggests, it shouldn’t stop him from hitting this number.
