Dynasty Rookie Draft Profile: Myles Murphy
Myles Murphy Dynasty Rookie Draft Outlook
Murphy has a ton of upside and can step in and start immediately for any team that needs an Edge Rusher. Murphy is huge at 6-foot-5, 275 pounds, and he will push back an OT if he gets leverage and pancake them. His size may make him a little slow-moving down the line against the run, but if he pushes back the OL back, goodnight. Travon Walker is a pretty good comp to him, he’s going to have some enormous game and then disappear, but as long as he’s building and working, he’s going to be an upper-level Edge rusher in the NFL.

Myles Murphy 2023 NFL Draft Outlook
A prototypical even-front base end who has the size, length, toughness, discipline, and power to set the edge and two-gap in the run game and who also offers a powerful bull rush and a surprising first step on passing downs. Those traits, coupled with escalating production over the past three years for a major program, appear destined to make him an early first-round selection on draft day.
