Christian McCaffrey (calf) considered day-to-day
Christian McCaffrey is day-to-day with a calf contusion and he is expected to play on Sunday against the Eagles in the NFC Championship.
Fantasy Impact
This likely explains why Elijah Mitchell was on the field more late in the final drive. McCaffrey should still be good to go and fully healthy for Sunday’s game against the Eagles.

Patrick Mahomes II (ankle) day-to-day, expected to play in AFC Championship
Patrick Mahomes II is getting treatment on his ankle, but is expected to play on Sunday against the Bengals in the AFC Championship.
Fantasy Impact
Andy Reid said this high ankle sprain is not as bad as the sprained ankle that Mahomes suffered in 2019. The question is not if he will play, but rather how impacted he’ll be by his injury on the field.

Tony Pollard suffered fractured leg along with sprained ankle Sunday
Free Agent Running Back Tony Pollard has been diagnosed with a fractured fibula along with a sprained ankle and will now require surgery on his left leg.
Fantasy Impact
It’s brutal news for Pollard, who enjoyed a bit of a breakout campaign in 2022 as he began to supplant Ezekiel Elliott as the Cowboys top running back. He tallied over 1,000 rushing yards for the first time in his career and was set up for a nice payday in the offseason whether it be from Dallas or elsewhere. The injury will take an estimated three months to recover, so the market for the former Memphis Tiger may dwindle just a bit.
