Fantasy Football Injury Updates
Kenneth Walker III (foot) will be game-time decision Sunday
Kenneth Walker III (foot) did not practice at all this week. He is expected to be a game-time decision against the Panthers on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
We likely won’t know until Sunday afternoon whether Walker and backfield-mate DeeJay Dallas (ankle) will be active. If they can’t suit up, Travis Homer would lead the backfield, ranking as a mid-range RB3 in fantasy football.
Damien Harris (thigh) misses another practice Friday
Damien Harris (thigh) missed a second consecutive practice on Friday.
Fantasy Impact
Harris will likely need to practice in some capacity on Saturday in order for him to have any chance of being active in Week 14. Even if Harris does play against the Cardinals on Monday night, he would merely rank as a fringe low-end RB3.
Jakobi Meyers (concussion) sidelined Friday
Jakobi Meyers (concussion) missed a second consecutive practice on Friday.
Fantasy Impact
Meyers entered concussion protocol after last Thursday’s game versus the Bills and has yet to be cleared. There’s still time for his symptoms to improve, but at this rate, fantasy managers should prepare for the possibility of him being inactive. In such a scenario, DeVante Parker and Nelson Agholor would likely headline the Pats’ wide receiver corps.
Michael Carter (ankle) good to go Sunday
Michael Carter (ankle) practiced in full all week long. He will play on Sunday, barring a setback.
Fantasy Impact
Carter saw his role increase after Breece Hall tore his ACL. However, once Carter suffered an injury of his own, opportunities emerged for Zonovan Knight and Ty Johnson to get more involved. Quite simply, the Jets have a three-headed backfield in Week 14, and it’s hard to forecast who will emerge as the lead back. As a result, Carter falls to the high-end RB4 tier.
