Fantasy Football Injury Updates
Jerry Jeudy (ankle) ruled out Sunday
The Denver Broncos have ruled Jerry Jeudy out for the remainder of the game with an ankle injury
Fantasy Impact
Jeudy suffered the ankle injury early in the game and was originally listed as questionable to return. He was able to make it to the medical tent under his own power. We will update you here when we have more information on the extent of the ankle injury.
JuJu Smith-Schuster ruled out with a concussion
JuJu Smith-Schuster has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday’s game against Jacksonville with a concussion.
Fantasy Impact
Smith-Schuster was hit up high and hard by Andre Cisco in the second quarter and appeared to be knocked out on the field. He was taken to the locker room to be evaluated and is now in concussion protocol.
Zach Ertz (knee) expected to miss multiple weeks
Zach Ertz is expected to miss multiple weeks with the knee injury he suffered on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact
Ertz was spotted in a knee brace. The team does suspect that his ACL is intact, but Ertz will undergo an MRI on Monday to determine the full extent of his injury. Rookie TE Trey McBride saw more snaps in Ertz’s absence and could be an intriguing streamer in his absence at a shallow position.
Cooper Kupp (ankle) ‘appears’ to have avoided worst-case scenario
Multiple sources said that after initial testing on Cooper Kupp’s ankle, he appears to have avoided a worst-case scenario with the injury.
Fantasy Impact
Kupp will still be undergoing further testing early this upcoming week, so these are simply initial reports. He was unable to put any weight on his ankle and it didn’t look good live. It sounds like a potential high-ankle sprain for Kupp, but he’ll go through more testing in the coming days for a clearer picture of the situation.
