Fantasy Football Injury Updates

Mike Evans (ankle) limited in Wednesday’s practice

Mike Evans was limited in Wednesday’s practice with an ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact

Evans looked like he was hobbling at times against the Ravens in Week 8 but still hauled in six catches for 123 yards. The fact that he’s practicing, even in a limited capacity, bodes well for his availability on Sunday against the Rams, so fantasy managers should expect him to suit up and value him as a WR1 this week.

Ryan Tannehill (ankle) limited Wednesday

Ryan Tannehill was limited at Titans practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Tannehill was limited at practice on Thursday last week before being sidelined Friday as he looks to return from a one-game absence. Malik Willis would be in line to get his second career start if Tannehill remains sidelined.

Cooper Kupp (ankle) sidelined Wednesday

Cooper Kupp was sidelined at Rams practice on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Sean McVay said this week there was no structural damage with Kupp and the team would hold him out on Wednesday. Kupp is still expected to play this weekend, but his status will still need to be monitored the rest of the week.

Cordarrelle Patterson (knee) feels close to full health

Cordarrelle Patterson said he is about 90 percent healthy on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact

Patterson returned to practice for the first time since suffering a knee injury in Week 4. Tyler Allgeier had been playing well in his absence alongside Caleb Huntley so the return of Patterson makes this backfield more complicated. Patterson was the clear lead back before his injury but returning after a long absence, who knows if he will immediately take back his lead role. This remains a shaky situation for fantasy managers.
