Fantasy Impact: The team is going to evaluate Wilson’s injury as they head into Week 7 against the Jets. Wilson generally plays through any injury he can, so it would not be a surprise to see him suit up this week. Should Wilson have to sit out Sunday, fantasy managers should expect Brett Rypien to get the start.
Chris Olave cleared from concussion protocol

Fantasy Impact: Olave was forced to miss Week 6 with a concussion. The 22-year-old rookie has been excellent to start the season, posting 389 yards and two touchdowns on 25 receptions so far. Fantasy managers should insert Olave back into their lineup.
Pat Freiermuth is expected to be cleared for Week 7

Fantasy Impact: Freiermuth was inactive for the Steelers’ win over Tampa Bay in Week 6 after suffering a concussion in Week 5. Freiermuth should return to a streaming tight end option if he is cleared to play against Miami.
Kenny Pickett remains in concussion protocol
Kenny Pickett remains in concussion protocol, but will not be limited in practice and will play if he is cleared, per head coach Mike Tomlin. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Pickett suffered his concussion after taking a big hit in the second half and was ruled out for the remainder of the game. Pickett was solid before having to leave with an injury. If Pickett is unable to suit up in Week 7, Mitch Trubisky would draw the start against the Dolphins.
