Fantasy Football Injury Updates

Rondale Moore (knee) expected to play in Week 5

Fantasy Impact: Moore was limited in practice Thursday and first popped up on the injury report during the week. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury listed Moore as a game-day decision earlier in the week, but it appears Moore is ready to go against the Eagles. Moore reclaimed his spot as the WR3 in the Cardinals’ offense and should be started when he is active.

CeeDee Lamb (groin) is expected to play Week 5 against the Rams

Fantasy Impact: Lamb cleared up that his ‘injury’ was more load management than anything, but it is nice for fantasy managers to get some reassurance before plugging the third-year star into their starting lineups. Lamb has managed to be very solid despite working without Dak Prescott since Week 1. Cooper Rush has peppered Lamb with targets and the wideout has delivered for fantasy managers lately. With Rush slated to start once again Sunday, Lamb should still be considered a high-end WR2 with upside.

Jaylen Waddle (groin) expected to play in Week 5

Jaylen Waddle, who has been dealing with a groin injury that limited him in practice this week, is expected to play in Week 5 against the Jets, according to Adam Schefter. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Waddle has had a strong start to the 2022 season, but put up his worst performance of the season in Week 4. Waddle and Tua Tagovailoa have had a great connection, but now we will have to see if Waddle is able to put together the same results with Teddy Bridgewater. If they can develop some chemistry Waddle could have a big day with the Jets focusing their efforts on containing Tyreek Hill. Start Waddle confidently in your lineups for Week 5.

Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) a game-time decision Sunday

Fantasy Impact: With the Lions having a bye week next week, the Lions are likely going to be cautious with St. Brown. He missed the Lions’ Week 4 matchup with Seattle, but should be in starting lineups if the Lions keep the star receiver active. Fantasy managers will want to check for his official status here prior to game time.
