Fantasy Football Injury Updates

Fantasy Impact: This is excellent news and drastically improves his probability of being cleared for Week 1. Injured vets practicing on a Wednesday, even in a limited fashion, is usually a telltale sign that the team is optimistic about his potential availability. Fantasy managers who took the risk and added him as their TE1 can now breathe a collective sigh of relief. Ertz should see a substantial target share while DeAndre Hopkins is sidelined with a suspension. This remains a situation to monitor, but fantasy managers can now pencil Ertz into their Week 1 lineup.

Fantasy Impact: Head coach Kyle Shanahan said that Kittle practiced some today, but they are taking it day by day. Kittle currently ranks as the TE4, according to FantasyPros. If Kittle misses any time, Tyler Kroft would likely see an increased role in the offense.
