Fantasy Impact: Conner exited early in the third quarter after nine carries and 51 yards. Eno Benjamin and Darrel Williams are receiving rushing opportunities in the meantime, though Kyler Murray should also see increased ground production. We’ll update you when we learn more about Conner’s injury.

Fantasy Impact: Terrible news for Lance and the 49ers. Lance was in just his second start as the clear-cut starter when he was carted off after a short run up the middle against the Seahawks. Lance’s focus will now shift to rehab and being ready for 2023.
Hunter Renfrow in concussion protocol after fumbling in OT Sunday
Hunter Renfrow hauled in seven of ten targets in Week 2 for 59 yards but had two fumbles, the second of which the Cardinals returned for the game-winning TD in OT. Renfrow was injured on the last play of the game. (Source: Paul Gutierrez on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: With Davante Adams held in check, Renfrow had a more productive Week 2, but his Week 3 status is now in question after being evaluated for a concussion. Keep an eye on his status throughout the week before putting him in your lineup next Sunday.
