Fantasy Football Injury Updates
Dak Prescott (hand) needs surgery, will reportedly miss several weeks

Fantasy Impact: Cooper Rush is the presumed starting QB while Prescott is out, but he has minimal fantasy value outside of superflex leagues. More information should become available in the coming days as Prescott undergoes additional testing, but fantasy managers should be prepared for a lengthy absence for the veteran QB.
Najee Harris injury ‘not a big deal’
Per Mike Giardi of NFL Network, Najee Harris’ injury is “not considered a big deal.” (Source: Mike Giardi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: While this does not clear up his status for Week 2 or moving forward, is does provide an indication that the Steelers are not overly worried about it. Harris tallied 23 rushing yards on 10 attempts and three receiving yards and one touchdown on two receptions Sunday. We will know more once the team releases their first injury report for Week 2.
Keenan Allen out for remainder of Week 1 game
Keenan Allen has been downgraded to out following a hamstring injury in the first half of the Chargers game against the Raiders. (Source: Bridget Condon on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Before exiting, the 30-year-old had caught four passes for 66 yards. The injury should increase targets and opportunities for wide receivers Mike Williams, Josh Palmer, DeAndre Carter, and TE Gerald Everett. Allen will undergo further evaluation following the game.
Elijah Mitchell (knee) out for rest of Week 1 game
San Francisco RB Elijah Mitchell has been ruled out for the rest of Week 1 due to a knee injury.
Fantasy Impact
Jeff Wilson and Jordan Mason will split the RB carries for the rest of the 49ers’ game against the Bears, with Kyle Juszczyk serving as the fullback. Mitchell had rushed six times for 41 yards before the injury. We will provide more information as we know it.
