Last week saw our top two prospects on the redraft list get the call in Ryan Pepiot and CJ Abrams. In addition, DL Hall and Kyle Muller also got the call, who were on our list to stash. You can check out last week’s stash list here.
Whether you play in a redraft, keeper, or dynasty league, prospects can significantly impact your teams. Which players could be next?
This article series will take a look at prospects that are worth stashing for both redraft and dynasty leagues that can make an impact on your teams sooner rather than later. We will also try to project ETAs on these players to help give you an edge in your leagues on when to add these players.
We will first look at redraft leagues and some prospects worth stashing for this season.

- Kyle Muller and DL Hall both called up but optioned
MLB Debuts and Rankings Thoughts
- Ryan Pepiot started last week against the Twins, allowing four earned runs across four and one-third innings. He is starting again on Tuesday against the Brewers.
- CJ Abrams joined the Nationals on Monday to make his Washington debut.
- Kyle Muller and DL Hall both made starts over the weekend but were optioned after. Muller could still return as a starting pitcher, but the Orioles plan to bring Hall back in the bullpen for the rest of 2022.
- Josh Jung moves to the top of the stash list. Despite only 23 plate appearances at Triple-A and 29 at the complex level, Jung looks ready to make his MLB debut and help the Rangers.
- Brett Baty is a new addition to the stash list. Luis Guillorme hit the IL and is slated to miss a month’s worth of games. Baty did not join the team Monday, and manager Buck Showalter did not rule out Baty being called up. I see it happening by the end of the week.
- Triston Casas has been swinging a hot bat as of late. Boston needs another impact bat, and Casas could be it. Eric Hosmer is the only thing standing in his way.
