The week approaching the All-Star break is the perfect time to try to effectuate a trade. For managers about ready to check out, the break represents the point that it can feel “acceptable” to bail on your league.
But because we haven’t gotten there yet, there’s a natural tendency for managers to give it one last shot. If for no other reason than they can feel they can justify paying less attention going forward because, after all, at least they made a move before the deadline.
Therefore, it is imperative that every fantasy manager in contention scour the trade market. Talk to every other manager. Turn over every rock in search of that move that may put you over the top.
To help you find a deal that works, make sure to check the FantasyPros trade chart. The chart is updated every week to make sure you can accurately asses player values as they constantly change. So make sure to give it a look before making any deal.
