Two-Start Pitcher Lookahead for Week 11: Jakob Junis, James Kaprielian, Tyler Wells (2022 Fantasy Baseball)

Two-Start Pitcher Lookahead for Week 11: Jakob Junis, James Kaprielian, Tyler Wells (2022 Fantasy Baseball)

Getting a leg up on the competition in any way possible is vital to success in fantasy baseball leagues. Planning ahead and playing the waiver wire well are two of the most effective ways to do that. With the “Two-Start Pitcher Lookahead,” the goal is to peer into the future two weeks and point out those lesser-owned (under 70%) starting pitchers who should be taking the mound twice for their clubs.

If the room is available on your fantasy roster to grab and wait a week on one of these starters, particularly the first few, it could pay off. So why wait around for the bidding war to start immediately before their two-start week? Get ahead of things now.

Keep in mind here that things can change in a hurry early in the season with any rotation situations still in flux. Nevertheless, with the way things stand at the time of writing, the dozen hurlers below should be in line to get that coveted two-start week down the road.
