Man, how amazing was that Game 4? I really thought Boston took control of this series with the dominating win in Game 3, but Golden State showed their championship experience in that Game 4 victory. They rode a big fourth quarter to complete that comeback win, and it has us looking at a tied 2-2 series. We are running low on games, but everyone is more important than the last!
Schedule and Odds
BOS at GSW (GSW -4) O/U: 214.5
I really thought the Celtics would take care of business in Game 4, but the Warriors evened up the series behind a ridiculous effort from Stephen Curry. That has Golden State as the title favorite, needing to win two of the final three games to close out the series. We have a guaranteed Game 6 in Boston, and everyone wants to see this series go seven games!

Injury Report
- James Wiseman (knee) OUT
- Robert Williams (knee) Questionable
- Otto Porter (foot) Questionable
Core Plays
Jayson Tatum (SF/PF – BOS): $11,000 DraftKings, $16,000 FanDuel
JT can’t hit a shot right now, but he’s been Boston’s best playmaker in this series. He’s handling the ball on every possession for this club, leading the team in usage, assists, shot attempts, and minutes played. That’s led to Tatum scoring at least 41 DK points in 14 of his last 15 games, flirting with a 50-point average in that span. He’s doing that damage despite shooting below 40 percent, and it’s scary to think what he could do if he has a hot shooting night for once.
Cash Game Considerations
Stephen Curry (PG/SG – GSW): $11,400 DraftKings, $15,500 FanDuel
Why is Curry cheaper than Tatum on FanDuel? Chef Curry has been the best player in this series, and it makes no sense why he’s not the most expensive player on both sites. In any case, we’ll take advantage of it, with Curry scoring at least 40 DraftKings points in 10-straight games. The former MVP is also averaging 48 fantasy points per game in that span and is quite simply the safest play on the board. If the best shooter of all time is seeing more minutes and shot attempts than usual, he needs to be used everywhere!
GPP Targets
Al Horford (PF/C – BOS): $7,000 DraftKings, $10,500 FanDuel
Big Al has been inconsistent throughout this series, but he’s too good to be in this price range on both sites. The big man has at least 21 DraftKings points in 16 of his last 17 games, posting a 35-point average in that span. Getting 35 fantasy points is incredible from a player n this price range, and it will continue with Horford playing 35-40 minutes a night.
Robert Williams (PF/C – BOS): $6,800 DraftKings, $10,000 FanDuel
Williams is the best GPP play on the board, and it’s not relatively close. This is simply one of the best per-minute producers in the NBA, and he’s finally looking healthy. His minutes were capped early on in this series but playing 26 and 31 minutes in his last two games is an extremely encouraging sign. That has led to Rob-Will scoring 34 fantasy points in back-to-back games, and that’s the stud we saw throughout the regular season. As long as this monster plays 30 minutes, he should be $1,000 more on each site!
Value Plays
Marcus Smart (PG/SG – BOS): $8,200 DraftKings, $12,000 FanDuel
Smart took down Defensive Player of the Year honors, and you know he’ll be out there every minute to cover Curry here. That’s awesome with the way Smart has been playing, scoring at least 36 DK points in four of his last five games. He’s also averaging 35 fantasy points per game across 37 minutes a night over his last 13 games, and we believe that minute total will be his floor in this critical Game 5. As long as this guy plays the 40-45 minutes we anticipate, Smart should be used universally in this price range!
Kevon Looney (C – GSW): $6,200 DraftKings, $9,500 FanDuel
Loon was benched in Game 4, but he still had an excellent game off the pine. The big man provided 25 DraftKings points across 28 minutes, and it’s clear his role will be there whether he starts or not. That gives Loon a 31-point average across 27 minutes a night over his last 10 games played. You can’t ask for any more from a player in this price range, and Golden State needs him to play big minutes to oppose Williams and Horford.
Advantageous Pricing
- Stephen Curry (PG/SG – GSW): $15,500 FanDuel
- Al Horford (PF/C – BOS): $10,500 FanDuel
- Kevon Looney (C – GSW): $6,200 DraftKings
