Do not rest on your laurels.
No matter where you are in the standings – either overall or in a given category – do not take it for granted. Fantasy fortunes change in an instant, whether because of injury or unexpected bouts of ineffectiveness.
Single at-bats matter. An earned run allowed matter. Every weekly lineup matters.
At all times, your thoughts should be with trying to maximize your stats, which may mean trading players coming off hot streaks or targeting players who have been in lengthy slumps. Finding the right moment to buy high or sell low can be the difference between a championship and a runner-up finish.
As always, make sure to check the FantasyPros trade chart. The chart is updated every week to make sure you can accurately asses player values as they constantly change. So make sure to give it a look before making any deal.
