Yankees update:
Aroldis Chapman threw a bullpen session on Tuesday. According to manager Aaron Boone, he still expects to use Holmes in high-leverage situations, so it sounds like this situation has the chance to get a little messy.
Situations becoming clearer:
The Twins, Red Sox, and Marlins closer situations were a little foggy at one point, but we’re starting to see closers pull away a bit now. It always was Pagan leading the way in Minnesota, but he seems to have a larger edge ahead of relievers like Johan Duran and Tyler Duffey. We are also seeing Houck and Scott pull away in their respective situations. Of course, you will see more wins and save opportunities in Boston.
