Fantasy Baseball Trade Value Chart: Week 5 (2022)

June 1st is always the day I recommend to fantasy managers to start checking their standings. By that point, we’re roughly a third of the way through the season, and there is enough data that a team’s strengths and weaknesses should be fairly apparent.

But I’ve yet to find a manager who can avoid analyzing the standings in his or her league until that point. In fact, most managers do the opposite, checking their standings daily.

Although patience is a virtue, that does not mean that you should ignore early warning signs of trouble. You may realize now that your squad is light on power or speed, or filled with injury risks in your pitching staff.

Being proactive without being reactionary is a hallmark of fantasy success. For that reason, you should be exploring your trade options constantly.

The trade chart is updated every week to make sure you can accurately asses player values as they constantly change. So make sure to give it a look before making any deal.
