Dynasty IDP Rookie Prospect Profile
Roger McCreary is an excellent fundamental talent who was average in terms of relative athletic score (RAS) but started for three years at Auburn. McCreary profiles to play at the slot but spent most of his time lined up outside, which means he might have a bit of a learning curve at the next level. McCreary had plenty of experience playing undersized in the SEC with some of the best WRs in the country and had 30 PDs and six picks. So, he could be targeted a lot when he gets on the field, leading to opportunities for points in IDP leagues. Unlike most CBs, McCreary is an excellent tackler who will limit YAC, but he’s a gambler and will go after the ball first. McCreary could be a bit of a project but has great potential for IDP dynasty formats that require CBs.

Landing Spot and Dynasty Outlook
Roger McCreary – Tennessee Ttitans, Pick 35
Tennessee is a tough landing spot for McCreary for IDP value. The Titans currently have a lot of young talent in Kristian Fulton, Caleb Farley and Elijah Molden as the starting 3 CBs so McCreary will start as the 4th in camp. McCreary could earn snaps quickly because the aforementioned CBs haven’t really proven themselves so far. The majority of scouts and evaluators believe that McCreary will be a Slot CB in the NFL and that will be a learning curve for him as he played mainly outside at Auburn. McCreary is a bit of an unknown but he could provide decent value in CB-required leagues eventually.
