Dynasty IDP Rookie Prospect Profile
Devin Lloyd should be the first LB off the board and probably one of only two to go in the first round. Lloyd is a tackle machine, and the skill that constantly puts him around the ball is his play recognition. There were many plays where Lloyd knew precisely where to be, not only with running plays and sacks (22 TFL, 7 sacks) but also in the passing game (4 INTs). In addition to his unbelievable football IQ and instincts, he has natural speed. Lloyd’s 4.66 in the 40 wasn’t eye-popping, but pair it with his knowledge and instincts, and you have a dangerous player. Lloyd will most likely be given the communicator (green dot) helmet quickly in his career and will be not only an on-field general but a team captain quickly. The Fred Warner comp I’ve seen is my favorite for him, and he offers upside as a top-10 LB in any IDP format.

Landing Spot and Dynasty Outlook
Devin Lloyd – Jacksonville Jaguars, Pick 27
This is an awesome landing spot for his IDP value. The Jaguars decided to trade up for him, even with all the holes on the roster so he’s clearly a big part of the plans moving forward. Lloyd will pair with free-agent signing Foyesade Oluokon for a team that will be spending most of their time on defense and he should rack up tackles!
