Dynasty IDP Rookie Prospect Profile
Channing Tindall is speed on speed. He looks like he’s being shot out of a cannon while chasing down ball carriers. Tindall tied cornerback Tariq Woolen for the best vertical at the Combine (42″) and had the third-best 40 yard dash time among linebackers at 4.47. However, Tindall does have some issues. The first is that he’s a bit undersized at six feet tall and only 230 pounds. The second is that he isn’t the best at diagnosing a play. Tindall will routinely take the wrong route and have to get a chase-down tackle, but when he guesses right, he blows up a play. Tindall probably won’t be the No. 1 LB for a team, but he will be great as a rotational player on blitz downs to start as he won’t have a lot of decision-making. He’ll have to work his way up to a more prominent role.

Channing Tindall - Miami Dolphins, Pick 102
This was an outright steal for the Dolphins. Tindall is a bit undersized but he’s so fast and pairing him next to a veteran like Jerome Baker seems like a perfect fit. 2022 should see him as the 3rd LB behind Baker and Elandon Roberts but I wouldn’t count him out for having a big role late and potentially being an in-season pickup in deeper leagues.
