That Tuesday card went really well, and it has me motivated to keep rolling here.
After just four games on Tuesday, we’re back to a full slate here. We have 12 games making up this Wednesday card, with almost every team in action. As you know, I am not a fan of slates this big, but it does leave us with a ton of options. There’s plenty to discuss, too, so, let’s go ahead and get started with the schedule and odds.

Injury Report
Core Plays
Luka Doncic (PG – DAL): $11,500 DraftKings, $10,600 FanDuel
Luka might be the best player in fantasy right now. He’s currently leading the NBA with a 37 percent usage rate, and it’s been even higher since the Porzingis trade. That’s led to Doncic scoring at least 46 fantasy points in 18 straight games, averaging over 60 DK points per game in that stretch. You know he’ll be motivated against a team like Brooklyn, too, especially since they rank 25th in total defense.
Karl-Anthony Towns (C – MIN): $10,600 DraftKings, $10,200 FanDuel
This is as simple as it gets. Towns dropped an NBA-best 60 raw points on Monday en route to nearly 90 DraftKings points! That puts him in play against anyone, but we’re talking about a Lakers team that ranks fifth in pace and 26th in total defense. In their three matchups this season, KAT is averaging over 52 DK points per game.
Devin Booker (SG – PHX): $9,500 DraftKings, $9,700 FanDuel
Book has been taking over this Suns offense in the absence of Paul. He averaged 25 shots a game before CP3’s injury but has added primary ball-handler to his resume’ with the all-star out of the lineup. That means we’re looking at one of the best shooters in the NBA getting a 35 percent usage rate, 25 shots, and 35-40 minutes! That’s terrible news for the Rockets, ranked second in pace and dead-last in defensive efficiency. Not to mention, he’s averaging 49 fantasy points per game in their three matchups this season.
Cash Game Considerations
Nikola Jokic (C – DEN): $11,900 DraftKings, $11.300 FanDuel
We reiterate these stats every game that Jokic plays, but it’s a simple recipe. You should pay for The Joker every time he steps on the floor! The big man has at least 41 DraftKings points in all but one game this season, leading the NBA with 61 DK points per game. We certainly don’t expect Washington to slow him down, surrendering the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing centers this season. In their one matchup earlier this year, Jokic laughed his way to 72 DK points!
Deandre Ayton (C – PHX): $7,400 DraftKings, $7,600 FanDuel
Facing Houston is a cheat code. They rank dead-last in nearly every defensive metric, surrendering the most fantasy points to opposing centers. We love that for DA because he’s been asked to do more in the absence of CP3. That has led to Ayton scoring at least 45 fantasy points in three of his last five games, averaging 1.5 DK points per minute in his three meetings with Houston this season.
Clint Capela (C – ATL): $6,100 DraftKings, $6,000 FanDuel
Calling Cap a cash game option is controversial, but we love this spot for him. Capela always plays 30 minutes when Collins is out of the lineup, and he’s already been ruled out for this game. We’re talking about a center who’s averaging 32 DK points across 27 minutes a night for the season, making him a 40-point candidate in this expanded role. That seems even more likely in this matchup, with Charlotte ranked third in pace and 28th in total defense. In their three meetings this season, Cap is compiling 31 DK points per game!
GPP Targets
Alec Burks (PG/SG – NYK): $6,000 DraftKings, $5,800 FanDuel
Ever since Rose got injured and Walker got excised from the rotation, Burks has been a beast in NY. In fact, Alec is averaging nearly 30 DK points per game as a starter this season, scoring at least 25 DK points in seven of his last eight games. He’s also got at least 34 fantasy points in four of his previous six games, playing nearly 40 minutes a night. Getting to face this putrid Portland defense is the icing on the cake, with the Trail Blazers ranked 29th in defensive ratings.
Mitchell Robinson (C – NYK): $5,800 DraftKings, $6,700 FanDuel
This guy has too much upside to be this cheap. Mitch-Rob has played a much more significant role since Noel’s injury, regularly playing 30 minutes a night. That has led to Robinson scoring at least 33 fantasy points in four of his last five games, cracking 50-plus a handful of times over the last month. We just talked about how terrible the Trail Blazers defense is, and Robinson surely has the advantage in a matchup with Drew Eubanks.
Andre Drummond (C – BKN): $5,600 DraftKings, $5,700 FanDuel
Let’s keep the centers rolling with Drummond. This guy has been one of the best per-minute producers throughout his career, averaging 1.3 DK points per minute. That’s excellent news since Aldridge is out of the lineup, guaranteeing Drum for 25-30 minutes. As long as he plays that, he should be at least $7K. Not to mention, Kyrie is expected to sit this game, and Drumond gets a matchup against one of the worst center rotations in the NBA.
Value Plays
Monte Morris (PG – DEN): $5,100 DraftKings, $5,500 FanDuel
Morris has done a wonderful job of filling in for Murray, and it’s hard to understand why he’s been so affordable all season. He’s averaging over 25 fantasy points per game for the year, scoring at least 26 DK points in six of his last seven games. That form makes Monte tough to fade, especially since he faces a 23rd-ranked Wizards defense here.
Patrick Beverley (PG/SG – MIN): $4,900 DraftKings, $5,100 FanDuel
Beverley is another guard who’s been criminally underpriced all season. He’s scored at least 22 DraftKings points in 27 of the last 29 games he’s finished, flirting with a 30-point average in that span. That’s all you can ask for from a $5K player, particularly since he gets to face a Lakers team that’s surrendering the most fantasy points to opposing point guards. There’s also something to be said about an aggressive guy like this matching up with King James, with Bev averaging 34 DK points per game in their three matchups this year.
Mason Plumlee (C – CHA): $4,400 DraftKings, $5,700 FanDuel
What is DraftKings thinking here? Plum is another consistency monster, scoring at least 23 DK points in 19 of his last 23 games played. He’s also averaging 29 DK points per game in that span, scoring at least 39 fantasy points in two of his last three games. It’s not like we expect a 24th-ranked Hawks defense to slow him down, either.
Advantageous Pricing
- Mason Plumlee (C – CHA): $4,400 DraftKings, $5,700 FanDuel

- Brandon Williams (PG – POR): $6,500 DraftKings, $5,200 FanDuel
