We’re winding down to the All-Star break! After that massive slate on Monday, we’re looking at a smaller slate here. One thing to keep in mind is that many of these elite teams are looking to rest their superstar players to give them some extra rest, and there’s no better time to do that than the next few days. So, be sure to keep an eye on injury reports before submitting lineups!
We have seven games for this Tuesday card, and as you know, that’s the ideal amount for yours truly. That gives us plenty of players to pick from, and it doesn’t overwhelm us either. There are many exciting things to look at, though, so let’s get started with the schedule and odds!

Core Plays
Karl-Anthony Towns (C – MIN): $9,800 DraftKings, $9,900 FanDuel
BIG Kat is one of the most reliable players in fantasy, scoring at least 38 DraftKings points in 22 of his last 23 games. He’s also flirting with a 50-point average in that span, doing more distributing than ever before. That makes him hard to fade below $10K, especially against a Charlotte team that ranks first in pace, 24th in defensive efficiency, and 28th in points allowed.
LaMelo Ball (PG – CHA): $9,100 DraftKings, $8,700 FanDuel
LaMelo has been inconsistent, but his upside is ridiculous. He’s scored at least 60 DraftKings points in four of the last 10 games, regularly flirting with triple-doubles in that span. We adore that against Minnesota, with the T’Wolves sitting 21st in total defense while owning a 24th OPRK against opposing point guards.
Darius Garland (PG – CLE): $7,400 DraftKings, $7,700 FanDuel
It’s weird to see DG below $8,000. He’s been playing at a $9K level for most of the season, averaging 40 DraftKings points per game since the Collin Sexton injury. The best part of this might be the matchup, though, with Atlanta surrendering the third-most fantasy points to opposing point guards.
Cash Game Considerations
Ja Morant (PG – MEM): $9,500 DraftKings, $10,000 FanDuel
Ja has been dropping jaws all season, and he’s one of the best options on every slate. He’s scored at least 34 DK points in 42 of 45 games this season, posting an absurd 47-point average. He’s been even better since Brooks went down, too, increasing his shot attempts and usage. Facing the Pelicans is incredible, too, with Ja dropping 53 DK points in their one matchup earlier this season.
Chris Paul (PG – PHX): $8,800 DraftKings, $9,600 FanDuel
The Point God might be having the best season of his stored career. CP3 has scored at least 32 DraftKings points in 14 straight fixtures, averaging 48 fantasy points per game in that span. He’s done that damage despite some limited scoring, and we love that Paul is averaging 42.4 DK points in his first two meetings with the Clippers this season.
Jrue Holiday (PG – MIL): $7,700 DraftKings, $8,300 FanDuel
Giannis was ruled out on Monday, and we have to believe he’ll sit again here with Milwaukee entering this matchup as a massive favorite. Jrue has been unbelievable in this role in the past, averaging over 40 DK points per game when Antetokounmpo has been out of the lineup since the start of last season. It’s easy to understand why, with his usage, minutes, and shot attempts all increasing. Not to mention, Indiana has had a bottom-three defense since the opening month of the season.
GPP Targets
Buddy Hield (SG – IND): $6,000 DraftKings, $6,000 FanDuel
Buddy looks different in an Indiana uniform. He’s quite simply one of the focal points of the offense, with the Pacers having almost no other wings on the roster. That means Hield is a lock for 35-40 minutes and 15-20 shots a night. Buddy should be $1,000 more on each site if he’s doing that, averaging over 30 DK points per game since joining them. Facing a Bucks team that owns a 22nd OPRK against opposing wings is the icing on the cake, though.
Clint Capela (C – ATL): $5,300 DraftKings, $6,500 FanDuel
Capela’s minutes have been capped for a month now, but Cap should be back to his 30-minute role with Collins out of the lineup. That’s what we saw in his most recent outing, with Clint collecting 31 DK points across 31 minutes of play. This is one of the best per-minute producers around, and he should be an $8K player if he’s playing 30 minutes a game.
Terance Mann (SF/PF – LAC): $4,600 DraftKings, $6,000 FanDuel
We’re not big on this FanDuel price, but this DK price is silly. This guy has taken on a much more significant role recently, stepping up in the absence of George, Powell, Kawhi, and Kennard. That means Mann is a lock for 30 minutes, which is what he’s been doing recently. In fact, Mann has scored at least 26 DK points in four straight games, averaging 33 DK points per game in that stretch. He’s one of few players who has had success against the Suns, too, averaging 27 fantasy points per game in their two matchups this season.
Value Plays
Dorian Finney-Smith (SF/PF – DAL): $4,500 DraftKings, $4,900 FanDuel
Someone has to step up in Dallas with Kristaps Porzingis getting traded. Finney-Smith seems the most likely beneficiary, scoring at least 22 DK points in four of his last five games. More importantly, he’s playing nearly 40 minutes a night and should be $1,000 more on each site with that sort of role.
Patrick Beverley (PG/SG – MIN): $5,000 DraftKings, $5,500 FanDuel
We’ve been saying this for a month, but Pat-Bev deserves a price increase. He’s scored at least 23 DK points in 23 straight games, averaging just shy of 30 fantasy points per game in that stretch. Good luck finding that from another $5K player, especially one as motivated as he this. The matchup with Charlotte is sensational, too, surrendering the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing guards.
Jalen Smith (PF – IND): $3,900 DraftKings, $5,700 FanDuel
This is another crazy DK price. It looks like Smith will be a vital piece of this Indiana rotation, playing 20 minutes a night since the trade. It’s easy to understand why, with Isaiah Jackson and Myles Turner both sidelined. This guy averaged nearly 35 fantasy points per game in a short starting stint with the Suns earlier in the year, and he can be a 30-point player if he’s just given the opportunity.

Yes, I know these are all DraftKings, but FanDuel boosted their pricing for this slate!
