NBA DFS Primer: Sunday (1/2)

We wrap up the weekend with a nice six-game slate. This is always a first-look article, so some player statuses are subject to change.

I hope everyone had an excellent weekend and enjoyed their holidays. Yesterday’s article had some outstanding plays in it, so hopefully, you jammed some into your lineups and hit that cash line. If not, well, as we often say in the DFS world … on to the next.

Let’s jump into things, starting with the schedule and favorable odds followed by the ever-so-important injury report. We’ll then get into the meat and potatoes with core plays, cash-game considerations, GPP darlings, and value plays to help with salary relief.

We’ll wrap things up with some price discrepancies between DraftKings and FanDuel. By then, you’ll have enough information to get your lineups rolling. Good luck to all, and be sure to tune in daily for the NBA DFS Pimrer from FantasyPros.

Injury Report

Core Plays

Caris LeVert (PG/SG – IND): $9,200 DraftKings, $8,800 FanDuel
LeVert had a slow start to the season, but he has turned it up as of late. He’s coming off two performances with at least 55 fantasy points and two 45 plus over the last four games. With Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) out of the lineup, LeVert has attempted over 20 field-goal attempts in each of his last three games. LeVert is primed for another great game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, who have an OPRK of 26th attached to them. Seeing close to 40 minutes a game and taking over 20 shots against a favorable opponent makes LeVert’s fantasy outlook very appealing.
