Underdog Fantasy. By now, most of you know that Underdog has some incredible season-long best ball tournaments and weekly Battle Royale contests. However, they have another contest that will prove to have tremendous appeal to fantasy managers-their Pick ‘Em game. Simply choose two or more fantasy points, yardage, or reception totals, choose over or under, and lock in your prediction. Jaylen Waddle (WR – MIA): 54.5 receiving yards
Waddle has been excellent since Tua Tagovailoa returned to the lineup, racking up 8.5 receptions and 73.5 receiving yards per game in the two games since. He has seen a combined 21 targets over those two contests and is being fed like an elite number one receiver. His average depth of target has not been anything to write home about, but he is a good enough route runner and excels after the catch enough that he has set new career highs in each of the last two weeks. Miami should be forced to throw the ball against Buffalo, and even though everyone knows Waddle will get fed, there really is no stopping the connection if they continue to feed him at or behind the line of scrimmage in an attempt to manufacture some touches. Waddle has hit 61 or more receiving yards in each of Tua’s full three games this season and is a strong bet to do so once again this week against Buffalo. Lock him into your pick ’em ticket for Week 8.

Emmanuel Sanders (WR – BUF): 53.5 receiving yards
Emmanuel Sanders continues to look like a wonderful fit in the Buffalo Bills offense. He is the perfect complement to Stefon Diggs. He has hit 54 or more receiving yards in four straight games, averaging 78.25 receiving yards in those contests. He has made Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis something of afterthoughts some weeks and has seen six or more targets in all but one contest this season. Sanders will have a tough task on Sunday against the Dolphins cornerback duo of Byron Jones and Xavien Howard but is still a strong play. The Bills should put him in motion enough that he gets to avoid Howard on some snaps, setting up some high leverage looks in the middle of the field. This is the toughest Sanders prediction of the season, but with improved chemistry with Josh Allen, Sanders should be able to eclipse the two reception, 48 receiving yard stat line he saw against Miami in Week 2. Plug Sanders into your pick ’em ticket for Week 8 if you feel so inclined.

Kyle Pitts (TE – ATL): 68.5 receiving yards
Kyle Pitts has finally arrived. After a disappointing start to a season filled with lofty expectations, Pitts has started to meet and even exceed even the most bullish of projections. Pitts looks like the new star tight end and has averaged a scintillating 141 receiving yards over his last two games. He recorded at least seven receptions and 119 receiving yards in each of those two contests and should be spoon-fed targets again in Week 8. Arguably the Falcons top receiving threat and playmaker, opposing defenses are likely to look to adjust and bring help over top, but Pitts moves around the formation enough that he is not going to have a corner on him at all times. The matchup against the Carolina Panthers is neutral on paper, but that is because Carolina has yet to face an elite tight end all season. They allowed Tyler Conklin to drop 71 receiving yards on them, making Pitts a strong play despite the fact that Dallas Goedert was held to two receptions for 28 receiving yards. Jalen Hurts is a fun fantasy player but is not likely to coax the type of consistent production out of any of his weapons as Matt Ryan is.

Diontae Johnson (WR – PIT): 67.5 receiving yards
When Diontae Johnson is not scaring fantasy managers by laying on the field with some sort of injury, he has been excellent. He is averaging 75.2 receiving yards per game and has crossed the 68 receiving yard barrier in four consecutive games. He is the Steelers unquestioned number one receiver and has seen double-digit targets in all but one game this season. While the ‘getting knocked from the game’ risk looms large with Diontae, he is an explosive weapon who should easily hit the 68 receiving yards required for the over to hit if he stays healthy. He may see a season-high in targets with Eric Ebron joining JuJu Smith-Schuster on the sidelines and is one of the best values on the board for Week 8 at Underdog Fantasy.
