It's insane that Waino is the best pitching option on the board, but here we are! Since struggling in the opener, he's quietly had a resurgent season for the Cards, owning a 2.96 ERA and 1.06 WHIP in that span. He's actually allowed four runs or fewer in all 23 of those starts, and that should be easy to duplicate here against a 28th-ranked Pirates offense. He actually faced them last week, picking up a two-hit shutout en route to 58 FanDuel points.
