There are so many rumors and opinions out there that’ll have you second-guessing everything you do. In the end, each team’s big board will look different. And you know what? THEY SHOULD.

Every team has strengths and weaknesses, but the difference between the good teams and the bad teams are that the good teams acknowledge their weaknesses, or understand how to build on the strengths of their roster.
