With Week 10 coming to a surprisingly competitive conclusion on Monday Night Football, fantasy football managers have quickly set their sights on improving their rosters ahead of Week 11. With waivers set to run tonight in most leagues, we will jump right into some of the top waiver wire adds for those of you who are lucky enough to play in IDP leagues. You truly don’t know what you are missing until you try it. Let’s dig in.

Defensive Line

Romeo Okwara (DE – DET): 14% rostered on Yahoo!
Romeo was strong again in Week 10, recording two solos, two assists, one sack, and one tackle for loss. He is locked into starters snaps with Trey Flowers sidelined, and should continue to cook for Matt Patricia and the Detroit Lions. Now up to six sacks on the season (tied for 12th in the league), all six of Romeo’s sacks have come in his last seven contests. He is a must-start as long as he is on this tear, and should be snapped off the wire in most competitive leagues this week. This may be your last chance to land the breakout DL2 with DL1 upside.

Everson Griffen (DE – DET): 5% rostered on Yahoo!
Griffen joined Romeo Okwara in the Week 10 sack party recording two solos, one assist, one sack, and one tackle for loss, making good on his plus matchup against Washington. Like Okwara, he is locked into starters snaps with Trey Flowers sidelined and needs to be added in all competitive leagues. Romeo is playing at a high enough level to keep offensive coordinators scheming to stop him instead of Griffen, the exact type of role Griffen thrived in across from superstar pass rusher Danielle Hunter in Minnesota. Add Griffen wherever possible as a DL3 with proven DL2 upside.

Terrell Lewis (LB/DE – LAR): 0% rostered on Yahoo!
Lewis exploded onto the scene with two solos, two sacks, and one tackle for loss in Week 10 against the Seahawks. A talented rookie from Alabama, Lewis has just needed a chance to prove why he was made a day two selection. He played 42 percent of the snaps in Week 10 and should see his role expanded after his mini breakout. He may already be taken in the most competitive of leagues but is worth searching the wire for in all deep formats. He has the talent to emerge as a solid DL3 with weekly DL2 upside down the stretch.

Leonard Floyd (LB/DE – LAR): 0% rostered on Yahoo!
Listed as a linebacker only by some providers, if you are lucky enough to play somewhere Floyd has DE/Edge eligibility, he needs to be added. Floyd led the Week 10 dismantling of Russell Wilson by racking up an insane five solos, three sacks, two tackles for loss, and one forced fumble. The sacks were his sixth, seventh, and eighth of the season, putting him into a tie for eighth in the league. His rostered numbers are a bit skewed at Yahoo due to LB only eligibility but is still worth the add in leagues where he has no edge eligibility. There is no reason for someone in the top 10 in the league in sacks to be sitting on the wire. Rectify that ahead of Week 11.

Linebacker

Jamie Collins (LB – DET): 14% rostered on Yahoo!
Collins exploded with nine solos, four assists, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in Week 10. He was even better than expected in his plus matchup against Washington. Collins will be hard-pressed to repeat this sort of monster performance but will have an opportunity for a high tackle count against the Carolina Panthers. Collins has been inconsistent in the solo tackle department but has been consistent with total tackles. This will likely be the last time you will be able to add the LB2 with matchup based LB1 upside, so plan your bids accordingly.

Micah Kiser (LB – LAR): 11% rostered on Yahoo!
Kiser put himself back in the good graces of his fantasy managers by recording a 10 solo tackle, two assist outing against Seattle. He was blanked in the peripherals again, but no one is going to complain about 10 solos. Kiser was dropped in a bunch of leagues after his hot start to the season started ri fizzle, but should be rostered in competitive leagues. Add Kiser as an LB2 with sporadic LB1 upside.

Robert Spillane (LB – PIT): 4% rostered on Yahoo!
Despite becoming a gif for his earth-shattering hit on Derrick Henry in Week 7, Spillane is still available in 96 percent of Yahoo leagues. Spillane recorded four solos, one assist, one sack, and one tackle for loss against the Bengals in Week 10. He appears to be safe in his role as it was Vince Williams who ceded snaps to Avery Williamson. There is no telling if this continues, but it is certainly notable for those looking to add him ahead of a plus matchup against the Jaguars. Add Spillane where needed as an LB3 with LB2 upside.

T.J. Edwards (LB – PHI): 2% rostered on Yahoo!
Edwards made good on his plus matchup with 12 total tackles, unfortunately for those of us in leagues that distinguish between solos and assists, he recorded just four solos. Still, Edwards is locked in as LB3 with LB2 upside for as long as Nathan Gerry is sidelined. Edwards has double-digit total tackles in each of his last two games and is quietly becoming a solid LB3 option. Those in deeper competitive leagues will want to double-check to see if Edwards is still somehow lying around on the wire.

Defensive Back

Kamren Curl (S – WAS): 2% rostered on Yahoo!
Curl played 100 percent of the snaps in Week 10 and is locked in as a starter with Landon Collins lost for the season. He has made the most of his opportunity and now has DB1 level outings in two straight weeks. If you did not add him last week, he is likely going to cost you quite a bit more for waiting. Curl stayed hot by racking up six solos, two assists, one sack, one tackle for loss, and one QB hit against the Detroit Lions. With the IDP landscape drying up in terms of potential impact players, Curl should be treated as a priority. It should surprise no one if he is at least a DB2 the rest of the way. Sleep on Curl at your own risk.

Chauncey Gardner-Johnson (CB/S – NO): 1% rostered on Yahoo!
CGJ recorded six solos, two assists, one sack, two tackles for loss, three QB hits, and one pass defended in Week 10. He left the game with an arm injury so you may not have to bid as aggressively for him as you have otherwise. The lone cornerback to make this column twice, it is a shame that so many providers have straight-up ignored that Gardner-Johnson has logged just one snap at free safety all season. Whatever the case, when healthy, CGJ is an impact corner thanks to his safety skills. An easy CB1 due to consistent production, he is not someone to chase interception fueled monster weeks with, but he will produce like a DB2 in the solo department. He has racked up five or more solos in six of his nine contests. To put his play in context, he has more solo tackles (42) than his teammate in middle linebacker Demario Davis. Add him where possible.

Kyle Dugger (S/LB/CB – NE): 0% rostered on Yahoo!
Kyle Dugger showed out in Week 10, showing off the tantalizing upside that made him a favorite of the draft community. He had his most productive week of the season in Week 10, racking up seven solo tackles and five assists. Dugger played a career-high 85 percent of the snaps in Week 10, primary in the box and in the slot as a corner. It may have been a gameplan specific deployment as the Patriots likely placed a premium on his size and speed in a matchup against Lamar Jackson, but this could be the start of Dugger as a starter for the Patriots. He has likely been stashed in the most competitive leagues, but for those in leagues where he is still sitting on the wire, the time to add him is now.

Nasir Adderley (S – LAC): 1% rostered on Yahoo!
Adderley looks to be finding some consistency lately and has now recorded five or more solos in three straight contests. He recorded eight solos in Week 10 and remains a DB2 option when presented with plus matchups. He is locked in as a starter with Derwin James sidelined and should continue to improve as the season progresses. Adderley would be a weekly DB2 option if he contributed more in the peripheral departments as his Week 5 interception was his only added production outside of tackles. Still, Adderley is a strong DB3 option with DB2 upside. Add him wherever needed.
