Bobby Sylvester’s Fantasy Baseball Rankings (Top 300 – June)

Although we are are all indignant about the way it went down, baseball is back! We get 60 games which will obviously change the dynamic quite a bit from a marathon to a spring. Some players benefit from a delayed start as they will now be healthy for the full season while others jump up the draft board because they will no longer suffer from an innings limit. Perhaps the biggest risers, though are mashers who will now be in the everyday lineup with the National League adopting the designated hitter. I’ll highlight those players today before we get to the full rankings.

First, though, I want to recommend that every league play rotisserie, as a points or H2H league would be in the playoffs before the season really even got underway. Additionally, take a league vote to see if everyone wants to redraft. Perhaps even try something new like an auction draft. This year’s fantasy season isn’t what we all hoped it would be but we can still have fun with it, and frankly, every single at-bat and inning matter nearly three times more so that should help. Alright, let’s do this now!
