Tonight’s contests will feature a slate of eight games, with no teams operating on a back-to-back. All teams should be operating at full throttle with everyone having the luxury of some rest, but certain players still need to be focused on prior to lock at 7:00 p.m. EST.

Point Guard
Aaron Holiday (PG – IND): $4,500 @ HOU
Starting at the two-spot, Holiday has been a good source of value for a handful of games now. Holiday has scored over 21 points three times in his past four games and over 16.3 points in every game over the past six contests. Holiday’s matchup in the Houston Rockets presents a plus matchup as they rank 17th in defensive rating and 2nd in pace, leading to a lot of opportunities on both ends of the court. The Indiana Pacers are likely to miss C Myles Turner again.
Kemba Walker (PG – BOS): $9,100 @ GS
Walker looks to be completely settled into his new role with the Boston Celtics. The loss of SF Gordon Hayward has opened a lot of offensive opportunities for Celtics players, which remains true for Walker. The Golden State Warriors are ranked 30th in defensive rating and 16th in pace, presenting the potential for a high-scoring game from the Celtics. Walker has scored over 42.4 FanDuel points over his past three contests and will be relied upon offensively until Hayward returns.

Shooting Guard
Andrew Wiggins (SG – MIN): $9,000 @ WAS
Wiggins has been on an absolute tear this season, proving he may still become the player everyone expected him to be. Wiggins has scored over 30 points four times in his past five contests. Not only has he been on fire, but the Washington Wizards are ranked 29th in defensive rating and 7th in pace. The Minnesota Timberwolves are ranked 4th in pace, and that poses the potential for a big game for all players involved as it may be the paciest game of the night.
Evan Fournier (SG – ORL): $5,400 @ SA
Fournier has a capped ceiling that isn’t very high, but the San Antonio Spurs are ranked 22nd in defensive rating and 14th in pace. This contest isn’t a very desirable one in DFS, but Fournier could draw a good amount of DeMar DeRozan defensively, which could lead to easier offensive production as DeRozan is one of the worst defenders in the league. Fournier has scored over 36 FanDuel points twice in his last three contests.
Small Forward
Glenn Robinson (SF – GS): $4,600 @ BOS
The Robinson play is a strategy for cheap exposure to an injury-riddled roster in the Warriors as Robinson has neared value in three of his past four contests. Robinson hasn’t offered a ton of offensive production recently, but his ability to chip in defensively with steals and rebounding provides him with an opportunity to reach value.
Miles Bridges (SF – CHA): $6,200 @ DET
Bridges rebounded nicely in his last contest with a 35.3-point FanDuel performance. The Detroit Pistons are ranked 27th in defensive rating, but neither team is ranked higher than 20th in pace. This isn’t a contest I’d target heavily as it’ll likely be a slow game that limits opportunities for offensive production, but the Pistons are weak defensively and Bridges could be the Charlotte Hornet that benefits.
Power Forward
Anthony Davis (PF – LAL): $11,800 @ SAC
You’d be wise to find some exposure to the Los Angeles Lakers tonight as the Sacramento Kings are ranked a weak 24th in defensive rating, but do play an incredibly slow-paced brand of basketball as they rank 28th in pace. The Lakers offer two of the best players in DFS in the Brow and LeBron James, so you’ll need to decide which of the two – if either – you choose to play. Davis missed the past contest with an injury, so make sure to keep an eye on his status prior to tip-off, though he has been upgraded to “probable” thus far.
Kyle Kuzma (PF – LAL): $5,500 @ SAC
Kuzma offers more cheap exposure for the Lakers in this contest, but he’ll likely slide back to the bench with Davis returning to the starting lineup. Still, Kuz has been productive since getting his minute’s restriction raised/removed. Kuz scored 22+ points in his past two contests – shooting on great splits – and over 20 FanDuel points in his past three contests.
Center
Tyson Chandler (C – HOU): $3,800 @ IND
Clint Capela has been ruled out with a concussion, and Chandler is the most likely to replace him in the lineup. Chandler is advanced in his age so we can’t expect a massive workload from the veteran, but if he can log near 20 minutes, it’d be hard to envision Chandler not reaching value at a near-minimum price tag. Chandler’s ability to scoop up rebounds and defensive stats create a ton of opportunities for the big man.
