DraftKings MLB Lineup Advice: Tuesday (9/3)

I know the start of the NFL season is now in sight and I am just as excited as everyone else, but there is still some MLB DFS to play, as well. Tuesday night brings us a 12-game slate of action on the diamond with a few high-priced aces on the hill and some good hitting weather in a few spots to take advantage of. So, set aside your NFL research for a few minutes and get in a couple of MLB lineups for Tuesday night.

As always, be sure to pay close attention to the lineups when they are released and monitor the weather leading up to game time. For reference throughout the season, be sure to bookmark our overview of MLB Park Factors and how to Use Weather to Your Advantage in MLB DFS.

Pitchers

Jack Flaherty (STL): $10,500 vs. SF
Flaherty can qualify as an “ace” but offers up a little bit of salary savings compared to the other five-figure pitchers on Tuesday’s DraftKings slate. Flaherty has been rolling since the beginning of August with a 4-1 record, 0.71 ERA and 32.6% strikeout rate over his last six starts. He has also been stellar when pitching at home this season with a 2.67 ERA, .242 wOBA allowed, and a 31.2% strikeout rate. Flaherty will be a big home favorite against the Giants who have only mustered a .286 wOBA (29th) and 76 wRC+ (28th) versus righties over the last 30 days. Look for Flaherty and the Cardinals to keep on rolling.
