DraftKings MLB Lineup Advice: Tuesday (8/6)

There is a solid group of high-priced aces on Tuesday’s full 15-game MLB slate. There are two that stand out due to their matchup and salary compared to the rest of them and I find myself wanting to roster them both with very few cheap options that instill much confidence. So, it looks like a night to spend up for pitching, luckily there are plenty of strong value bats to make it work.

Pitchers

Zack Wheeler (NYM): $10,600 vs. MIA
Wheeler leads the way with a cushy matchup pitching in Miami against the Marlins. Over the last 30 days, the Marlins rank dead last against right-handed pitchers in wOBA (.281) and 29th in wRC+ (75), while also striking out at a 25.3% clip (5th). Wheeler has had a lot of success against Marlins hitters over his career allowing a .271 wOBA with a 30.4% strikeout rate in 92 plate appearances. He is also a big Vegas favorite as you would expect.
