With the regular season winding down, several of the 12 games on Wednesday’s main slate feature teams already eliminated or resting starters. Both these factors introduce a significant degree of uncertainty, since these teams’ lineups may differ from expected. To mitigate risk, this week’s suggestions focus on teams still vying for a playoff spot or, if they have clinched, looking to improve their position in the standings. As usual, the suggestions span a range of salaries such that the combined total is less than FanDuel’s $60k budget. This week there is $1,800 in change.

Power Guard
Ben Simmons (PHI): $9,800 @ ATL
Simmons has a good matchup against the Hawks and will see a full allotment of minutes with Joel Embiid on rest. In his last three games, Simmons has scored at least 16 points and was one assist short of a triple-double on Saturday. In that game, he scored 20 points, a mark he has reached or exceeded in three of his last six games.
Ricky Rubio (UTA): $6,700 @ PHO
Rubio put up a double-double on Monday with 20 points and 13 assists, and he has scored double-digits in his last seven games. Utah has clinched but is still in the running to win their division thanks to a five-game win streak. Rubio and the Jazz will continue that push.

Shooting Guard
Caris LeVert (BKN): $6,100 vs. TOR
LeVert has averaged 32.3 FPTS in his last four games with consistent totals in each thanks to double-digit points in each. He’s also a good source of steals. The Nets are currently in seventh but haven’t locked up a spot yet, so they have a lot to play for and will bring it all in this one.
Jeremy Lamb (CHA): $4,900 @ NO
Lamb (ankle) is probable for Wednesday after leaving Monday’s game. This needs to be confirmed closer to tip-off, but assuming he plays, he’s a solid value. He’s scored double-digit points in back-to-back games, including 23 points on Monday.
Small Forward
J.J. Redick (PHI): $5,800 @ ATL
Redick has seen a boost filling in for a resting Joel Embiid, averaging 30.0 minutes and 20.0 points in those three games. He’ll see similar opportunity against the Hawks.
Rodney Hood (POR): $4,200 vs. MEM
Hood drew a start on Monday and posted 21 points over 28 minutes. If he gets another start on Wednesday, he could be a nice value. The Blazers have clinched but are two games away from the Nuggets and will be trying to close that gap on the Northwest title.
Power Forward
Aaron Gordon (ORL): $7,100 vs. NY
Gordon has seen two point-rebound double-doubles in his last four games. The Magic are sitting in ninth place and are thus trying to get themselves into the playoffs. Gordon will be a key part of that effort and, while he does post the occasional stinker, on Wednesday he will go against a Knicks team against whom he posted 26 points in February.
JaMychal Green (LAC): $4,600 vs. HOU
Green’s minutes have jumped into the 20s in his last three games, and he has accrued double-digit points in each, including a double-double on Saturday. With an average of 28.7 FPTS over that span, he represents a good value play.
Center
Clint Capela (HOU): $9,000 @ LAC
Capela has tallied three consecutive double-doubles and 12 games in-a-row with double-digit rebounds. While the Rockets and Clippers have both clinched, there’s still a lot to play for regarding playoff positioning. Hence Capela will have a good shot of producing another double-double.
