There are seven games on Wednesday’s main slate, which is slightly fewer than in previous weeks. The suggested plays below leave a generous $8,100 left to spend out of the FanDuel $60,000 budget, such that you could make adjustments to get both James Harden and Giannis Antetokounmpo on your squad, as both have been absolutely ridiculous of late. You would need at least one bargain-bin dart throw to afford it, but it’s a strategy that could pay off, especially since FanDuel drops the lowest score.

Point Guard
Eric Bledsoe (MIL): $7,500 vs. WAS
Bledsoe sat out Saturday to rest a sore Achilles, but he returned on Monday for 26 minutes during which he scored 15 points and defended with five steals and one block. He’s likely to get back into 30-minute territory on Wednesday. His five steals were a season-high, and he will snag some against a Washington squad giving up the eighth most turnovers this season.

Patty Mills (SA): $4,300 @ GS
LaMarcus Aldridge will rest on Wednesday, opening the door for teammates to see additional minutes. Mills and Bryn Forbes should benefit the most, but Mills representing a better value. He’s getting it done with double-digit points and a steal or two each night, whilst only committing one or two turnovers.
Shooting Guard
Luka Doncic (DAL): $9,700 vs. CHA
Doncic is now the top offensive option in Dallas following the Saturday trade that sent Dennis Smith Jr., Wesley Matthews and DeAndre Jordan to the Knicks. He was already having a good season, but his elevated status could propel him higher. In the Mavericks’ first game since the trade, Doncic double-doubled with 35 points and 11 rebounds over 32 minutes. He’s scored 58+ FPTS in three of his last four games, including the latest, and will be poised for a big outing on Wednesday.
Monte Morris (DEN): $6,400 @ BKN
Morris remains in the starting lineup, a role in which he has excelled. He’s averaged 18.25 and 37.2 minutes over his last four games. He had a quieter night on Monday with just 24.9 FPTS, due to fewer rebounds and assists than usual, but over the previous three, he saw 42+ FPTS in each. He should be primed for a bounce-back against the Nets.
Small Forward
Mikal Bridges (PHO): $5,400 @ UTA
Bridges has averaged 36.5 minutes over his last four games, which have occurred very consistently, varying by just 1.5 minutes on either side of the average. He’s tallied double-digit points in three of those contests and has been a solid source of steals, with three in each of his last two games. During his last four games. Bridges has totaled between 25.3 and 39.7 FPTS, so there’s a high enough ceiling together with a pretty good floor to make him a good play.
Royce O’ Neale (UTA): $3,700 vs. PHO
O’ Neal represents the boom-or-bust bargain-bin dart-throw portion of this article, but his chances are bolstered by the fact the Jazz host the Suns on Wednesday. O’Neal could certainly flame out but he also has a chance to get 30+ FPTS, as he has done so against Cleveland and Chicago, and Phoenix’s defense is ranked even lower.
Power Forward
Jeff Green (WAS): $5,800 @ MIL
Play Green to ride his three-game hot streak, which has yielded an average of 23 points over 32.7 minutes, and 38.7 FPTS. He’s seeing minutes at three different positions, so clearly the Wizards wish to feature him heavily, and hence this streak should continue for a little while yet.
Cheick Diallo (NO): $4,100 @ CHI
Diallo has been a terrific value in his last two games, with 32 FPTS in each, so he certainly worth a roll as a bargain option. Anthony Davis (finger) is expected to sit out Wednesday’s matchup in Chicago, despite the GTD designation. Last week Darius Miller was the main beneficiary from Davis’ absence, but Diallo is now carrying that torch.
Center
Mason Plumlee (DEN): $5,000 @ BKN
Plumlee saw the starting lineup on Monday to fill in for Paul Millsap (ankle), and he double-doubled with 15 points and 11 rebounds over 33 minutes, on the way to 37.2 FPTS. Millsap is a GTD at the time of this writing, but if he sits then Plumlee is a worthy start. However, don’t play Plumlee if Millsap does start. Thus, close attention needs to be played, but fortunately, this game is the first one of the evening, so the decision will be known when setting lineups. This is a bit of work, but it could pay off on a night where centers appear similarly aligned relative to their salaries. Otherwise, just go with Nikola Jokic.
