We have an eight-game slate to get us through this hump day, and there are a number of high-priced players you should be trying to pay up for. We’re set for a number of high-scoring, close games, which is where you want to target fantasy options.

Jordan Clarkson (CLE): $4,700 vs. TOR
With Rodney Hood and Kyle Korver both ruled out for this game, Clarkson is in a spot to see plenty of minutes. This game has an over-under set at 226 points, so we should be in for a bit of a shootout, which is perfect for DFS, giving Clarkson plenty of time to reach value. He has scored 22 DraftKings points or more in four straight games and has played 27 minutes or more in three of those four games. We all know that minutes equals money in NBA DFS, which is shown by Clarkson’s 0.90 fantasy points per minute. He has taken seven or more three-point attempt in three of his last four games, so there’s plenty of tournament upside for him if he can get hot from deep.

Jeremy Lamb (CHA): $5,400 @ BKN
Lamb was one of the more popular options on the slate on Tuesday, and we should be in for a similar situation tonight. With Nicolas Batum being out, Lamb should be in place to get the start yet again, and with him not being too expensive, he will likely be one of the more popular options. In his game on Tuesday, he played 30 minutes and put up 31 DraftKings points, which is awesome production from a player at his price. This game has an over-under set at 221 points, and with this being up against the Nets who play up in pace, Lamb is in a nice spot to reach value.
Forwards
Wilson Chandler (DEN): $5,600 @ CHI
Chandler is coming off a monster 39 DraftKings point game, but it did go to double overtime, so take it with a grain of salt. What you want to focus in on is that he is seeing plenty of time since Gary Harris went out with an injury. He should be seeing the starting role, which will make him a good cash game option for tonight, as he up against the Bulls, who are giving up 42 DraftKings points per game to small forwards. This is a very slight pace up spot, and with Chandler averaging 0.73 fantasy points per minute, the touches will be there for him to reach value. He also has a bit of tournament upside, since he is known for the three ball, and has taken four or more three-point attempts in three of his last four games.
LaMarcus Aldridge (SA): $8,800 vs. WAS
Aldridge has a usage rate sitting at nearly 32% while averaging 1.18 fantasy points per minute this season. He is truly the center of their offense without Kawhi Leonard, and he is showing it in his recent games. Aldridge has put up 56 and 59 DraftKings points in two straight games and has two straight double-doubles as well. Really solid and consistent production from him that makes him a great cash game option. This is one of the lower-scoring totals on the slate, and should also be a bit slower paced, but the touches will be there for him. He is up against the Wizards, who are one of the better defensive teams, only giving up 42 DraftKings points per game to power forwards, but he shouldn’t be slowed down with this hot streak.
Centers
Jonas Valanciunas (TOR): $6,600
Valanciunas is more of a GPP option on most nights, and tonight is no different. In his last four games, he has two games at 40 DraftKings points or higher, and two games at 25 DK points or lower. So the variance is high for him, but this could be a big game for him since he is up against the Cavaliers, who are giving up 53 DraftKings points per game to centers. He had a double-double in each of those two games where he scored above 40 DK points, so that is where his ceiling should be.
Noah Vonleh (CHI): $4,100 vs. DEN
I really like the production Vonleh has been showing in recent games, and with him being cheap, he can fit into any roster. He has scored 21 or more DraftKings points in four straight games and has played 26 minutes or more in three of those games. Solid production out of a role player who should be able to do much of the same since this game has an over-under set at 222 points. He has been right on the edge of a double-double in each of his last two games.
