We have a small four-game slate to get us through the midweek, so the options are limited across the board. As such, it’s a nice time to differentiate yourself in tournaments. There is a bit of injury news, which could change things leading up to lock, so be ready to pivot.

Guards
Eric Bledsoe (MIL): $7,400 @ ORL
Bledsoe and the Buck are up against the Magic in a bit of a pace up spot, so you want to target him tonight. He has played the Magic two times this season and in those games, he has averaged 30 minutes per game while producing 34 DraftKings points per game. That’s great point-per-minute production from him. The Magic are giving up 49 DraftKings points per game to point guards, which is second worst in the league. He has a usage rate sitting at 27.6%, which is second highest on the team, along with averaging 1.08 fantasy points per minute. He’s good for any format tonight and should be able to take advantage of this weak Orlando defense.
Bogdan Bogdanovic (SAC): $5,600 vs. MIA
Bogdanovic is more of a GPP option on this slate, as he has been a bit inconsistent at some points this season. He has scored 28 DraftKings points or more in three of his last five games, while those other two games are under 15 DK points. That shows his inconsistency, but that boom-or-bust potential can make him a nice GPP play. He has plenty of upside since he can hit the three ball, and with him taking seven or more three-point attempts in three straight games, the Kings are clearly trying to get him the ball. Bogdanovic has a usage rate sitting at 20% while averaging 0.82 fantasy points per minute this season.

Forwards
Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL): $10,600 vs. ORL
Antetokounmpo is the second most expensive player on the slate, so you will have to find some value elsewhere if you are going to get up to his price. He is one of very few players on this slate who have triple-double upside, and with only four games, that is the type of player who can break the slate. He has scored 50 DraftKings points or more twice in his last four games, and is now up against the Magic, who are giving up 41 DraftKings points per game to small forwards. In the two games he played the Magic this season, he has averaged over one fantasy point per minute, so the consistency is there, the matchup is there, and the upside is there.
Kyle Kuzma (LAL): $6,600 @ GS
Kuzma and the Lakers are on the second night of a back-to-back in what should be a high scoring game against the Warriors. In the two times he has matched up against Golden State this year, Kuzma has played an average of 41 minutes while putting up 46 DraftKings points. Yes, those games did go to overtime, but the per-minute production is still there, which is what you want to target. He has three double-doubles in his last four games, and that type of consistency is great to see out of a rookie. He makes a good tournament option on tonight’s slate.
Centers
Nikola Vucevic (ORL): $8,000 vs. MIL
With Aaron Gordon out for the Magic due to concussion issues, Vucevic is in a spot to smash value against a weak opponent. He is up against the Bucks who are giving up 54 DraftKings points per game to centers, which is second worst in the league. This is the ideal spot to target him since the matchup is great and he is seeing a slight increase in usage with Gordon’s absence. His usage rate is up at 28% while averaging 1.40 fantasy points per minute. Vucevic also has double-double upside, making him a great pick for any format tonight.
Greg Monroe (BOS): $4,600 vs. WAS
With Al Horford being listed as questionable for tonight’s game, Monroe is likely to get the start, bringing a nice bit of savings along with him. He has a 26% usage rate when Horford is off the court, which is also boosted by Kyrie Irving being off the court as well. It’s truly a great spot for him to put up some big numbers, considering he is averaging 1.24 fantasy points per minute with this injuries. He is up against the Wizards, who are giving up 50 DraftKings points per game to centers, which is one of the better defenses in the league, but for his price, and the usage he should be seeing, he makes a really solid option on a small slate.
