We have a massive 12-game slate to get us through the middle of this week, and there are a ton of big-name stars on the board. If you are in favor of doing a stars and scrubs type lineup, then the options are plentiful tonight. As always, plenty of injury news going around, so be sure to check final reports before roster lock.

Guards
Dennis Schroder (ATL): $7,300 vs. IND
The Atlanta Hawks are not good at basketball this season, that is a true statement. What is also true, is that Schroder is one of their bright spots on the team and has plenty of DFS value. He has 31% usage rate and is averaging 1.10 fantasy points per minute.
He controls the offense and will be seeing the ball plenty, as he has double-digit shot attempts in nine of his last 10 games. Schroder is up against the Pacers, who are giving up 46 DraftKings points per game to point guards, which is 10th worst in the league. He isn’t too expensive and has 38 or more DK points in two of his last three games.
Jimmy Butler (MIN): $8,800 @ DEN
Butler has been playing very well compared to the start of the season and has scored 40 or more DraftKings points in eight of his last 10 games. A big change from how the season started and the Timberwolves offense has seemed to find a groove with all of these star players. He has a 25% usage rate along with averaging 1.03 fantasy points per minute, both of which are near the top for Minnesota.

Besides his pure scoring ability, he can really chip in with assists and rebounds, so filling up the stat sheet should be no problem for him. This game has a total set at 216 points, making it one of the higher ones on the slate.
Forwards
Jonathon Simmons (ORL): $6,900 @ CHI
The Orlando Magic are dealing with a number of injuries right now, and this has opened up the opportunity for Simmons to get extra playing time, and he is certainly making the most of it. He has scored 41 or more DraftKings points in three of his last four games and now finds himself in a matchup against the Bulls, who are giving up 42 DraftKings points per game to small forwards. This puts him in a great spot to not only reach but exceed value.
The Magic offense really comes down to Simmons and Nikola Vucevic right now, and they both have usage rates at 28% or higher, along with Simmons averaging 1.01 fantasy points per minute. Really like this spot for him, as he is in a great spot to reach and or exceed value.
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (BKN): $6,100 vs. SAC
Hollis-Jefferson is up against the Kings tonight who are on the second night of a back-to-back, putting him in a good spot since they are already giving up 46 DraftKings points per game to power forwards. Hollis-Jefferson has scored 30 or more DraftKings points in five of his last seven games and is a really solid mid-range option tonight.
He brings a 23% usage rate with him, along with averaging 0.97 fantasy points per minute. This is a sneaky game to stack since it has a total set at 207, but with Brooklyn playing at such a high pace, and both teams being weak at defense, we could be in for a high scoring one.
Centers
Clint Capela (HOU): $7,400 vs. LAL
Capela is starting to thrive this season and is coming off a monster 58 DK point game the other night. He now finds himself up against the Lakers, who are giving up 55 DraftKings points per game to centers and will be without their starter, Brook Lopez. The Lakers are a young team and are good to pick on, since they are turnover prone, and play in high scoring games.
Capela has a usage rate sitting at 20% but is averaging 1.34 fantasy points per minute. Solid numbers from him, and is seeming very effective anytime he gets the ball.
Ekpe Udoh (UTA): $4,300 @ OKC
If you are looking for some savings at the center position, then Udoh is the guy for you. The Jazz are dealing with some injuries to their big men right now, and this has opened up some playing time for Udoh. He doesn’t have the highest usage rate but is averaging 0.74 fantasy points per minute, which is solid for a player who is under $5K.
He has scored 20 or more DraftKings points in each of his last three games, which are the games he is getting some serious minutes. He offers some good savings, and with help with your roster construction, and getting a few of the big-name stars into one lineup.
