Guards
Russell Westbrook (OKC): $10,400 vs. GS
Westbrook is facing off against Durant and the Warriors tonight, so if you like a good DFS narrative/revenge game, this is the spot for you. Westbrook is doing Westbrook things this season, putting up 42 or more DraftKings points in four of his last five games. He has a 33% usage rate and is averaging 1.39 fantasy points per minute. He has absolutely unbelievable numbers from him yet again this season, and anytime you have the salary you should roster him, especially tonight, going up against Durant. We may see him take a few extra shots and really try to pump up his numbers in this matchup. He’s playable in all formats, you just have to find the savings in other spots in order to afford him.
Tony Snelll (MIL): $3,800 @ PHO

Tony Snelll (MIL): $3,800 @ PHO
Snell has seen four straight games with 30 minutes or more and offers a good amount of salary relief tonight. With Mirza Teletovic going out for a number of weeks due to injury, we may see Snell get some extra minutes and hopefully increases his production. He is up against the Suns tonight, who are giving up 44 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards, which is second worst in the league. It’s a favorable matchup for him, and you really only need 19 DK points from him in order to reach 5x value. Rostering him gives you a good path to a stars and scrubs build, which is seemingly becoming more popular these days in NBA DFS.
Forwards
Otto Porter Jr (WAS): $6,100 @ CHA
Porter is up against the Hornets who are giving up 42 DraftKings points per game to small forwards. He has an 18% usage rate for the Wizards and is averaging 0.91 fantasy points per minute. Porter normally goes overlooked on a regular sized slate, so he should be very low owned tonight. When rostering Washington players, most DFS players will look to John Wall or Bradley Beal, which leaves Porter as a potential low ownership play. He has 25 or more DraftKings points in four of his last five games, and always sees the starting lineup. We know the minutes will be there for him, so he makes a good cash game play for tonight who has the tournament upside because of the favorable matchup.
Jayson Tatum (BOS): $5,800 @ MIA
Tatum and the Celtics are on some kind of streak right now and will be going for their 17th straight win tonight. Tatum is seeing the starting lineup as a rookie and is averaging 0.88 fantasy points per minute. He has a 19% usage rate, and up against the Heat, who are giving up 49 DraftKings points per game to power forwards. Tatum has a very solid floor of points, as he has scored 31 or more in three of his last four games. The matchup is certainly very favorable for him, and the consistency is there, so he is looking like a very viable cash game option for tonight’s slate.
Centers
Jusuf Nurkic (POR): $6,600 @ PHI
The Philadelphia 76ers are a very exciting young team to watch, but with being young, they aren’t great on defense. They are giving up 56 DraftKings points per game to centers, so Nurkic is in a very good spot tonight. He has seen a bit of a dip in production over the past few games, but the matchup is so favorable, it’s hard to pass up. We have the Trail Blazers playing up in pace for this game, so take the player who has seen his price drop in this spot. Nurkic has a 30% usage rate for Portland and is averaging 1.02 fantasy points per minute. He is more of a GPP play tonight, due to the matchup and given some other options, there are better spots to go for cash. He has double-double potential, and getting those bonus points on DraftKings can make all the difference.
Greg Monroe (PHO): $4,600 vs. MIL
This is another spot with a bit of a DFS narrative, so let’s take a look. Monroe has the revenge game factor going for him tonight, as he is up against his former team, who traded him just a few weeks ago. Monroe has made one of the more popular options in his few games with the Suns, since he has seen the starting lineup, and is just so cheap. Monroe is playing the Bucks, who are giving up 53 DraftKings points per game to centers, which is tenth worst in the league. He has 24 or more DraftKings point in two of his last three games and offers a nice bit of salary relief on this full slate.
