We have a 10-game slate tonight, so there are plenty of big-name plays, along with plenty of value at each position. We are only a few games into the season, but we already have a number of injuries popping up. Check your injury sources on Twitter to confirm if all of your players are healthy and starting. There are several high-scoring games on the slate, so stacking some lineups is certainly an option.

Guards
Kyle Lowry (TOR): $7,700 @ GS
With the injury news surrounding DeMar DeRozan, Lowry stands to gain offensively from this. The Raptors are playing at Golden State, in what should be a very high-scoring and high-paced game. Lowry has 31 or more DraftKings points in two of his three games this season and should see a bump in touches if DeRozan is out. Lowry isn’t that expensive for his potential workload and has the upside, but just hasn’t shown it yet this season. He should be viable in any format tonight, just depends on the final injury status of DeRozan.
Eric Gordon (HOU): $6,000 @ PHI

Eric Gordon (HOU): $6,000 @ PHI
Gordon is seeing more playing time now that Chris Paul is out with an injury, and he finds himself in a game with an over-under of 220 points. Gordon is known for being able to hit the deep ball, which is very valuable on DraftKings since you get an extra 0.5 points. He has 31 or more DraftKings points in three of his four games this season, and we should see more of that against a bad defensive team in Philadelphia. If Gordon draws the start, he should be locked in for about 30 minutes, which means he is a great play, especially for cash games, and his deep ball potential makes him good for tournaments. He is a really solid all-around play tonight.
Victor Oladipo (IND): $7,200 @ OKC
Oladipo is off to a hot start this season, putting up 39 or more DraftKings points in three of his four games. If you like a good DFS narrative, then this is the spot for you. Oladipo is going against his former team, who traded him away this summer to get Paul George. So there might be extra motivation for Oladipo in this game, which has a total set at 217 points. He has a usage rate of 32.9%, which is highest on the team out of any starter. He is also seeing plenty of looks on offense and has taken double-digit shot attempts in every game this season. Some people don’t like to spend up at shooting guard in NBA DFS, but Oladipo has been producing so far this season.
Forwards
Ben Simmons (PHI): $8,800 vs. HOU
Simmons is coming off his first career triple-double, in only his fourth ever game. The 76ers are a great young team to watch and emerging as one of the better DFS teams to stack up. Prior to his triple-double, Simmons had three double-doubles in his first three games this season. He is producing over one fantasy point per minute and is crushing value to start the season. Simmons has a 22.5% usage rate to start the season, which is second highest out of the normal rotational players for Philadelphia. This game has an over-under of 220 points, so there should be plenty of offense to go around, and Simmons should be right in the middle of it.
LaMarcus Aldridge (SA): $8,400 @ MIA
Aldridge has a usage rate of 32%, which is highest on the Spurs by about 9%. He is seeing much more of the offense, with Kawhi Leonard being out with an injury. Aldridge has 37 or more DraftKings points in all three of his games this season, including two double-doubles over that span. He is viable in any format tonight, and with a number of shot attempts he sees (21 or more in two of three games) he has massive upside that could help for tournaments. This game only has an over-under of 196 points, which isn’t the best, but Aldridge should be seeing full minutes, which means plenty of time to hit value.
Domantas Sabonis (IND): $5,000 @ OKC
Sabonis also has a bit of revenge going for him in this game, since he was on the Thunder last season, but don’t expect that to play a huge part. The reason Sabonis is good tonight comes from the fact he has been very efficient over his past two games. He has well over one fantasy point per minute in each game, and has a double-double in each game. For only $5K on DraftKings, that is some of the best value you will be able to find. He has been seeing time in the starting lineup, and you don’t want to pass him up in a game that has an over-under of 217 points.
Center
Karl-Anthony Towns (MIN): $8,600 @ DET
If Jimmy Butler is out for a second straight game, Towns is in yet another spot to crush. Towns has a 23.4% usage rate when Butler is off the court and will see those extra offensive looks. He has double-doubles in three of his four games this season and is a textbook definition of consistency when it comes to DFS. He is producing on that level almost every single game, and his price still seems too cheap. We may soon see his price over $10K, so buy low on him while you still can.
Jordan Mickey (MIA): $3,000 vs. SA
If you are looking for a super cheap play to help you fit in two or more big-name stars, then Mickey is the player for you. With Hassan Whiteside being ruled out for tonight’s game, Mickey will likely see another start at center. He is minimum salary on DraftKings, and really only need about 10 DraftKings points in order to hit value on the 3x scale. Starter minutes for a player who is minimum salary is never bad, just be sure to check he is confirmed in the starting lineup.
