Dawson Mercer was able to find the back of the net for the Devils Thursday night, scoring one goal in a 6-4 loss to the Predators.
Fantasy Impact:
Mercer has broken out recently in the offensive zone for the Devils, picking up points in eight of his last 13 games (three goals, eight assists) for the club. The 21-year-old has been more of a depth option to this point on an overachieving New Jersey squad under head coach Lindy Ruff, recording 29 points (11 goals, 18 assists) in 48 games so far this season.
