Chiefs attempting to move Knile Davis

In the wake of the Kansas City Chiefs giving Spencer Ware and Charcandrick West contract extensions, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is reporting that Kansas City is "working on a trade of Knile Davis." Davis was said to request a trade weeks ago Rapoport added. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Knile Davis seems to be the odd man out of KansasCity. The Chiefs gave Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware contract extensions, and Jamaal Charles is returning from his 2015 injury, which makes Davis expendable. The Miami Dolphins could be involved in trade talks with the Chiefs since they have a need at the running back position.
